“Just as I told Norm (Gulf Auto Glass owner) when he got into his van to drive away after replacing my windshield I would have given him a SIX star review if I could have. My car is a 2025 VW Atlas with all the bells and whistles which included a camera in the mirror that shows what’s happening around the car while I’m driving it. It ISNT a simple windshield that could be simplybswapped out. It’s very complex. Norm and the man working with him made the whole job look like a piece of cake. You want it done right? Call Norm. “We went into a Jenkins Kia in Gainesville for some warranty work. While checking in a fellow by the name of DiAmonte vigorously approached us saying our windshield was cracked and they could replace it at no charge to us. My wife and I never noticed the crack but we agreed thinking it might spread out. DiAmonte knew we had Geigo insurance but never mentioned to use an Geigo approved glass company. A representative from At Home auto glass came to our home to put in the new windshield. We don’t drive in the rain and our car is always in the garage. Eleven months after the new windshield we got caught in the rain. It leaked on the drivers side from top to bottom right at the point of focus. Realizing the windshield was not put in properly we assumed the company would stand behind their work. They refused to fix the leak. What kind of business does that? I got a call from the owner of the business and they are trying converse with my wife to see if they can help. I will let you know if the windshield leak is repaired by them or not. Sure appreciate them reaching out to us. Great news. A representative from the company came out today and put in a new windshield. So happy. A company that stands behind its product is a good company.”
