This property was not your average motel . Me and my wife pulled up it had broken outside room windows had very bad people yelling at us not to stay here. The residents or renters looked homeless and drug infested environment. We called the owner were not staying and left.

We we're shown 2 diff rooms. The stove was broken as well as the faucet. Fridge was very dirty. Holes in the walls an ceiling. High price for a run down room with no working appliances. Dirty underwear in the walkway. Overall a nasty

Super rad motel! Perfect Florida weather. Nice manicured grounds. The TV was a color set and could tune into all five channels. Had an excellent time out at the pool, but the slide, the slide was easily the best!! Don't forget your sun screen!

You need to bring your own CLEANING SUPPLIES, lysol, towels, wash cloths, bath mat, dishes, silverware pots and pans, as the rooms have a full size stove, if you want to cook. Also a table an chairs, a small fridge, cable tv. Big bed and a dresser.

I really think the owners need to take a remodel into consideration considering they charge a 10$ deposit when everything in the room is already very torn apart and almost every wall in the room has holes in it . But they had very hot water at least !

Low budget and management is not so friendly...but hey...it's affordable if u want a motel room or a one bedroom temp stay...oh yeah POSITIVE side is that it is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, u can walk!

I was surprised to know that it was going to be such a blessing to us to be here. We needed this place because of remodeling done in our home and we experienced alot of hardship, struggling to find a reasonable price 4 a family of 3 including our fur-baby. God led us here even after be dreadful about hotel life for a bit, we hv made this place our home and we appreciate the owners for such a safe and quiet place to reside.
