Came in not to long ago, three people were behind the counter, only said hey and went about their business I was the only customer there, nobody said how can I help you nothing, than a guy walks in and one of the cashier (didn’t catch his name) has glasses goes to help the guy that was behind me, they had a sign in one of the cashier that said it was closed so I went to the one that was opened and still got ignored but the person that walked in a few minutes after me gets attend at a closed register??? Not only bad customer service but so little human decency

Just got threatened by the staff at the circle k on 8th Ave west palmetto. I called and asked for a manager and the other woman hung up on me....this is not the end of this, I promise you that. If I can't handle this the right way with management then I will go to corporate, you can't threaten people you can't talk to people however you want when you're at work. I know this is how people behave when that's all they know, but that's not an excuse to be unprofessional or violent

Convenient store with lots of parking and as well lit but they advertise non-ethanol gas on every pump and never have any. The employees seem to know nothing about this. I'll change my review when this changes.

If I could give 5 negative stars, I would. There are 11 people standing around looking at ONE self check out machine, with no workers to assist. The other self check out machines are out of order. Not one person who is on the clock is available. I'm trying to pay in cash for gas, I want my rewards, it won't give me an option for that, it won't take my money, and people are all complaining. So, I won't get my rewards because I feel bad for the customers complaining. Finally now after 7 mins, a short haired blonde girl comes from the back REEKING of cigarettes. I told her it wouldn't take my bills. She said very rudely, 'Put it all in at once' .... Like I'm supposed to know that. When I said it wouldn't take some bills, she said again rudely, 'It won't take dirty bills!' Is that a joke!? I don't work here. But, I am in the hospitality business. So I know how customers can be. So, I'm not speaking out of turn. However, this place since it's opened, has been a huge cluster*uck. Doors blocked off, lanes always shut down, employees that could care less if you're standing in line or how long the line is. I hate coming here. It's my last resort if I need gas before the bridge. So, if you need gas, get it before you get on the bridge and before here. Trust me.

Went in to grab some snacks late night (9:09) and decided i really wanted motz cheese sticks in frozen aisle. Looked at date on box and they all expired in june and early july. Told the clerk and he just said “ok”. Sat in parking lot for about 10ms facing clerk and store went dead. He still did not pull off the shelf. Is it a custom to keep bad food once notified? Seems like a health hazard. Bet will still be there by end of week. Joe Booth please train your employees better! Half the time I come to this store they have the doors locked. Surprised they were open tonight. Probably only because truck came!!edited—came back 8/6 and they were still on the shelf.. The guy I spoke with this time seem more involved. Hopefully he will do something.

I go in almost every morning for my breakfast. They never have any food ready. The area is always empty. No food is cooked and ready to go. Ever! I was just there for lunch. Same thing. This is why I’ll continue to stop at 7/11 up the road from now on.

They are always out of food. Staff is rude and not friendly. Gas prices are higher than nearby competitors.

To get in and out of that place is absolutely ridiculous You can't turn and get it the light and you have to go all the way down the road to do a U-turn! They did not think through this gas station very well and I will not be going back It was $0.15 more than the circle k that's not even 0.2 mi down the road.

Usually the highest priced gas in the area..!! Always out of certain items..especially large to go cups..or lids..!! Several times had to clean out the coffee grounds..to be able to use the machines..

I love circle k it has a lot of varieties to choose from and they have a lot more choices for slushies
