I had a smooth transaction from start to finish! Ed Tonitis was the best at it all! He walked me through everything, and kept me updated on everything. I have bought quite a few houses in the past, but did it all with my husband. So any stress or aggravation that there might have been, my husband handled it all. Now my husband has passed and doing this on my own caused me A Lot of anxiety, but the anxiety was unnecessary because Ed was right there every step of the way with me. There was no high pressure with anything. I can’t say enough great about Ed and his wife Tracey! Thank you both so very much! Ed and Tracey are the ones to my left.

Only gave one star because you cannot give zero stars or negative stars. If we could give negative stars I would go negative 999. This Man cost us a lot of money and time. Every day we were going to close and we didn't... due to some error in typing or filing that he did.3 weeks of torture. Paying for hotels Excuse after excuse. The title agency said to me "why is he doing things he should have done 30 to 60 days ago.?" . Meanwhile, we had to stay in a hotel for three weeks while he got his paperwork together that he should have been doing 60 days ago. I would never ever ever recommend him and I know that my realtor said he will never use him again and the realtor representing the seller said she was appalled . He couldn't believe how horrible he treated us. I would call him he wouldn't answer the phone. I was so mad.I would never recommend him to anyone. Do yourself a favor find someone else. This guy is so incompetent. I don't know it. He's on drugs or what but he surely is not paying attention to what he's doing. Don't mind his good reviews. Those are from years and years ago. Apparently he treats his very wealthy clients well. Which I am not. I'm just a hard workerI don't know what happened to him. I've heard now from other people that they would never go back to him. Horrible experience.
