Switched my service to cricket and Natalie the employee there was so nice and very helpful. She set my phone up with everything I needed and transferred everything from one phone to the other for me.she spent over an hour assisting me and was pleasant the whole time. Thank You!

After taking my husbands phone to a local Cricket store and rhey were unable to fix the issue with the google assistant stuck on we drove the the Palmetto store where the Employees were very friendly and were able to fix. Thanks so much! The two ladies and one gentleman that worked in thar store were top notch!

I love Cricket wireless I went into the palmetto cricket the employees are very professional and they helped me sign up for ACP and I have the cheapest phone bill ever $30 off my plan a month I could not ask for anything better thank you cricket for the savings and professional service.

The girls that work here are useless, this store branch in particular, the women here don’t wanna help over the phone, just lazy customer service if you ask me. I called another cricket location in Parrish and they were awesome and quick too. To the guy that helped me, thank you.
