i wasnt going to make a review because it seems silly, but there's no phone number to this store to let them know of this mishap. they gave me expired milk in the drive thru. i had already driven away before i noticed and its expired only by one day, but to me its the principle. especially working in the food management industry myself, i know these things are supposed to be checked/thrown out daily. disappointed that i wasted money on it but not worth doing anything about. i dont think i will be coming to this dunkin anymore (one of the only fast food chains in my immediate area) bc they have proved disappointing service multiple times before this. and i know sometimes its not their fault but they are out of a lot of product almost everytime i go ranging from 11-2pm (its breakfast food but if you are open until night time you should have product until night time). somehow the dunkin near the ellenton outlets never has this problem though, id rather drive over there than go here again. sorry dunkin just not feeling it

On shift female needs a class on courtesy and a reminder her job is “customer service” which involves waiting on human beings standing at the counter! It was obvious she didn’t want to be there and certainly didn’t want to be bothered by me. Whoever owns this franchise…good luck because you’re gonna need it with staff like her!

For being a newer store in the area, I was VERY disappointed with the cleanliness of the building. The floors were dirty and so were the tables. The attitudes of the help lacked any kind of welcoming attitude. If fact, one of the employees just walked around like she was in a daze. A simple “ hi- we will be right with you” is all one needs to hear to know they have been acknowledged. Almost any restroom you walk into has a sign posted- “Employees must was hands before returning to work”. I wonder how the 69th street gals planned to do that when there was NO soap in the soap dispenser, the toilet paper roll cover was hanging open, the floor was a mess!!! REALLY?????? What kind of a show is Dunkin’ running here? I think the district manager needs to get on the manager and staff and have a “come together meeting” and get their act together!! I give you a poor, poor rating for such a new store!!!!!H

I've been coming here weekly since this place opened.Let me start with the good. They have some genuinely good people working in this establishment. They're kind, communicate well, and seem to want to do a good job.Now with the bad. EVERY time we come here they're out of something, or something doesn't work. And I mean every single time. I've completely given up on trying to get anything other than a plain bagel or donuts at this point. And most of the time I have to toast it myself when I get home because the toaster doesn't work.A lot of times the donuts aren't fresh. I know this because occasionally we get fresh donuts here and there is a stark difference between the two.Their coffees are widly inconsistent. You can order 2 of the same drink and they won't look or taste the same at all. I've had lattes that are basically milk in a cup, and lattes that are so strong and bitter I have to make them into 2 drinks when I get home. For reference I don't ask for special drinks. Just what's on the menu.

No problem with the food or service. The men’s room was a mess. Garbage can outside front door. Overflowing. Garbage can inside front door. Overflowing. Floor could really use a cleaning. This was 12:15 pm on a Sunday. Not very busy at this time.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Consistently terrible. The location would be a money maker if they figured out how to run it properly. Today I went and the two staff members were more concerned with flirting with each other then actually preparing the drinks correctly.

The staff has always been fine to me, but they are ALWAYS out of everything!!! Always. This summer, they advertised a butter pecan coffee and a butter pecan donut. I asked every time I went (at least a dozen) and they never had that donut. Lemonade always out, refresher flavors always out, no Avocado for the Avocado toast, hash browns always out.

listen im sorry to write a review like this but this was ridiculous.. we ordered with the first girl she walked away and just was wiping counters then a second girl re took the order .. we got the wrong food and she didnt care and meanwhile the other girl is stillwiping counters and wheres our coffee? oh lord. These youngens need a supervisor who KNOWS what they are doing and can LEAD and TEACH how to fulfill orders its not rocket science ppl ... or this DD will be out of business soon.

They have 5/6 employees behind the counter and still can’t figure it out . Literally walked out without getting any coffee because I was in line for 20 min. Management poor , employees poor.

NO good...just like the rest!!!!!!!!!!I Stopped going here when they started giving "Free" donuts out the drive-thru for any "extra change" I have. Waited about 1 year and figured I'd take my chances & return......terrible mistake. I paid more than $15 for literally 2 bites of food that was safe enough looking to eat..... I got a a greasy clump of hashbrowns and 2 sandwiches that looked so gross. I order no cheese and of course they give me no bacon/extra cheese??? The stain on the bread from the cheese is frightening. They were not busy, well staffed and order was repeated 3xs...still got it wrong. Oh ya, couldn't break a $50 even though my change was $35, and person in front of me gave a $20 bill, so.....???

While the service has always been good, I am constantly faced with the disappointment of not getting my coffee done right. It seems like there's not a single day when my order is prepared according to my preferences.Moreover, the stock issues at this branch have become a recurring problem. It's frustrating to visit Dunkin' Donuts only to find out that they are out of stock on several items. As a regular customer, I expect better management from the corporate side in ensuring proper inventory control.I understand that occasional stock shortages can happen, but it has become a persistent issue at this particular branch. It seems like the management is not taking proactive measures to address this problem, which reflects poorly on the overall Dunkin' Donuts experience.I have decided to explore other coffee shops due to these ongoing issues. It's unfortunate because I have enjoyed the service in the past, but the lack of consistency in the quality of my coffee and the constant stock shortages have pushed me away as a customer.I hope Dunkin' Donuts takes note of these concerns and works towards improving their operations at this branch. Until then, I will be seeking my caffeine fix elsewhere.

When they first opened, everything was chefs kiss. The past few months the drinks are trash and so is the service. I’m not sure if they got a new management but it’s gone downhill since they opened.
