However, every single time I walk in there I owe money. I have two different insurances and still somehow pay when I leave only to go to next appointment and have a balance. I definitely will be looking into this. There is something wrong

When Humana insurance initially rejected the prior authorization for my medication, Janet Lam stepped in to ensure they couldn't dismiss the importance of my treatment for my autoimmune disease. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lauren, the office manager. These ladies genuinely go above and beyond for their patients. The walk-in service is fantastic and no appointment is needed.

“I had a great experience. I saw Dr. Bradley Thomas, who was very informative and was very knowledgeable about anything that you could be asking about. He automatically told me the effects of all of my medication’s as well as the symptoms that were correlating with those and we were able to kind of narrow down what specialist I should go and see afterwards And what kind of home care I could be doing for other symptoms. I think that would be exactly what I wanted from my doctors visit. Dr. Shedlock came in afterwards and kind of overviewed everything and what our plan was and I really nothing bad to say. Both doctors are very nice. The nurse that came and did my general health along with my medication‘s and such was Very attentive.The checkout process was very smooth and when I got there this morning, the receptionist was very nice. I don’t think there’s anything bad to say about this place.”
