However, every single time I walk in there I owe money. I have two different insurances and still somehow pay when I leave only to go to next appointment and have a balance. I definitely will be looking into this. There is something wrong

“I. Love. This. Place! OMG. The people here are Ah-mazing! I know, I know, I only have it four stars ?, but I'll get to that later. First let me tell you about the people.STEPHEN!! Yeah, you, Stephen. You work so hard, and put yourself out there, serving the community - YOUR community - and you deserve this little shout out! THIS guy was SO kind and gentle, answering any and every question with a smile and a little bit of love even. "That's what I'm here for". You oozed "I love my job" and it made me being at the doctor so much more comforting. I don't know WHY I only go to the eye doctor every five years unless it's fear, just like the dentist (only the insurance thing... It's so confusing), anyway, I'm not a big fan of the eye doctor, but YOU, Stephen, made sure I was ? comfortable, even when you put the dilating drops in my eyes.BRUCE: You were MORE than patient with me as you explained the reasoning behind the need for bigger frames for Progressive Lenses, etc. You helped me pick out my frames and made my new glasses order as close to my old ones as you could. Such PATIENCE! You deserve a medal. So kind and gentle with people. You explained Progressives to me. The lens has to be "so" big for Progressives in order for "this" amount of distance, "this" amount of regular, and "this" amount of up close (or something like that), and the "this" has to be big enough, or it doesn't work. The lenses I have currently (old ones) are too small. My current lenses could not be Progressives.The doctor herself, DR S (I'm sorry? I don't remember your name well enough to spell it all out) was super kind and "lightly explained" what was going on (I was so excited when she told me my eyes had gotten BETTER!). I was given a bum rap on my last pair of glasses from another glasses making company who SAID I got Progressives, but I did not. You and your partner were very pleasant to work with to obtain a new prescription, and now that my glasses have arrived, as long as they're perfect, I'll be coming back here next year (Not in 2029) as long as my insurance allows it!!OH! I mentioned that I'd explain the "only four stars"... I was a little disappointed with the selection of frames which I got to choose from. Granted, my glasses with my insurance were completely free, which is ?, (I've never had that before) but still... I ended up going BACK to thick bulky plastic frames, though they are not black, they're tortoise shell, so this should be different... Maybe they'll end up being a little 60s, like my mom's? ? Anyway, it was hard to find frames that I liked. I pick them up tomorrow, ?? so I'll update this with more pics then.”
