Worst customer service I've ever received. I thought I would use this bank because it's a local bank and I thought I'd get better customer service That was not the case it is not the case at all. I signed up for the bank account They did not tell me that I would only be limited to $500 a month on zelle. Then they told me I could transfer money to my regular bank account using a transfer. This was after I set up direct deposit to them and I hadn't transferred all my recurring charges for my other bank yet because my intention was to transfer money to my regular bank account using zell as needed. Then these clowns told me Oh you have a limit of $200 a day and $200 a month to use for zelle! So then I tried to set up a transfer and then they said you have to wait 3 days. Mind you when they told me I could set up a transfer they didn't tell me I would have to wait 3 days to cancel the money! They just let me go and try to transfer and learn from the computer that I can't transfer money for 3 days. Oh and by the way the computer doesn't tell you you can't transfer money for 3 days. It doesn't tell you anything You have to call customer service. Then I called customer service on a Sunday they're closed! So I got a hold of them on the line and it said you have to wait an hour and a half on this app for customer service!They didn't tell me that either. Meanwhile it's Sunday and there's no customer service! What a great freaking bank do you do anything besides dig a hole and bury people's money in the ground? Because you're not a financial service If you don't give services!

Palmetto branch is the worst branch ever. I don’t recommend anyone to open an account at this branch!!! PERIODTTTT!!! They give off scam artists vibes… and definitely lie and control your money as if it were theirs!!! Account will be closed out!!!!

They put a hold on my account for a 65 cent charge with Uber. I could not get gas and was late for work. I was able to speak to a representative 2 hours later, then got my card turned back on. Then, the next day I go to the bank and the ATM machine is down. It took $200 out of my account and did not give me a single nickel. Worst bank i have dealt with in years!!!!

I have multiple Fifth Third business accounts and overall have had good experiences with the company as a whole, with the exception of this Palmetto branch.Every time I have tried to go to this branch there is some issue. They choose to nitpick and try to find reasons to not do their job or help you. They are rude and act inconvenienced by your presence. If this is the only location you would have access to, I would go to ANY other bank before doing business here.

Really like this bank, the tellers are really nice and pretty fast service. And they are pretty helpful. They are slow sometimes and it takes a while for deposits and checks to be process but better than most banks in this area

THIS COMPANY WILL NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS TO HELP YOU! EVEN HOMELESSNESS! THEY DO NOT CARE! Basic bank at it's finest. Do not trust them. Infact, if you REALLY want to have a laugh, check out their rating on the better business bureau.
