“I first went to an Aldi in 2016 when I lived in Ocala and have been impressed ever Since. I grew up in Batavia Ill which is where Aldis corporate office is. There was an Aldis in Aurora I'll. My parents never went. Now that I'm an adult I'm saving alot when I go to Aldi. I was just talking about how customer service has gone down the drain. But everyone at every Aldi I have ever gone to customer service is spot on. Love my bagels and fruits there,and the cheeses Yum 😋 Thanks Aldi”

“Drives use north gate. They don't have signs until after you turn on the south gate, then you turn around. 120 escort fee but nobody escorts you anywhere. Shipping office has no signs either. Forklift drivers were really fast working in tandem.”

My cashier, Dyquaris, was super friendly, super quick... not only helpful to me, but also watched him assist an elderly lady in picking up her cane she dropped. Im not surprised by his actions as his attitude is clearly a very positive one for the store and I wanted you to know.”

“Pick up is fast and easy- Jan and Christopher are on point. My last pick up order was ready in 13 minutes. Though Aldi doesn't have everything I typically use (brown rice), their selection is good and quality is comparable to more expensive options. This location is a solid option for a weekly grocery trip.”

“Added 7/20/25 Still choose this one over Palmetto, even though I am literally next to that store. It's older, very dingy and dirty, and the turnover of staff since January has brought a very dark and angry cloud to that store (Palmetto). Love the new store. All aisles are wider. Layout familiar to other locations. Really appreciate self-checkout. While I understand the cashiers are being held accountable for their scanning times, I absolutely LOATHE that my purchase is often bounced, bruised, and haphazardly 'chucked' into the awaiting trolley. I don't spend my time selecting good produce, only to arrive home to it battered and beaten. Sign me up for self-checkout every time. Updates 7/26/26: I still drive to the Parrish location over the closer Palmetto store. Still for the same reasons. I may be the only one, but at ALDI specifically, self-checkout RULES! Noone can bruise or bounce my fresh produce, they can't place a gallon of milk on my tortilla chips, nor can they place food items with cleaning products!”
