I’ve been a customer of theirs for almost 8 years. The attention to detail, responsiveness is below the standard. My shirts were printed wrong with a logo behind the sleeve of the shirt. Sherman has always been hard to work with I’m done with this company. Trish was great when she was there.
I’m a contractor, it’s like talking to a brick wall & a little frustrating.

In a moment of weakness I volunteered to take over preparing the resident directory for our RV park. When I realized what it would entail I went to Johnson in a mile panic and spoke with Trish about what needed to be done. Trish was fantastic with her encouragement responding to my initial and then constant questions with back and forth emails. I had no doubt that they would help and I wouldn't fail to get the project done. Even though we aren't a large client we still felt as if we had personalized and prompt service. Our park has been using Johnson Printing for at least 13 years that I know of, and we will continue to do so!

This place is a miracle. Went in on a Tuesday, saw a sample of my 200 page book the next day and got 40 copies of my book the following day. Unbelievable. Trish was most polite, friendly and professional. Their price is fantastic. Highly recommended.
