My brother lived here for over a year until he passed recently 😭 The management, office staff, maintenance man and everyone we encountered were an absolute pleasure to be around. They gave us as much time as we needed to clean my brother's room out. It took us 13 days to get everything together and they didn't charge us a dime! We offered to pay the rent, times are tuff and we understand that the business needs to make money. They refused numerous attempts to pay with nothing but a smile and pure kindness. The love they showed us will never be forgotten

Lived here through both hurricane milton and Helen (very scary) all the tenants came together like a family cooked food on the grill and hung out made not having power for a few days bareable the office people were awesome met some awesome people room was very clean affordable will definitely stay if ever we make it back down….thanks bri n Cody …. My husband and I stayed here for a while when we 1st started out. We stayed in both newer model at the time there was only one building updated (as it takes time and money to remodel) and then we moved to one with a porch, so we could have somewhere to chill. I lost my cat somehow from the top floor, he was 21 pounds, that is a long way down being that "chunky" he was not fat ?(pic attached) the office was so kind and understanding and allowed me to hang fliers off him all over the buildings not just a week but for over a month?. I will forever be grateful to them for that. I had him 11 yr. from the day he was born. That is when I saw all of my caring neighbors who lived there that I didn't know come out to try and help me find him, during COVID. In regards to all of the yip-yap about people being racist or picking who they make follow rules. I think that in a place like this where you have all sorts of people living closely and moving in and out (it is a weekly, nightly, extended stay place) you want to make sure that when you lay down at night, you can sleep with ease knowing that the "mean maintenance man" (who I know personally and would give u the shirt off his back NO MATTER WHAT COLOR you are) is patrolling the area making sure that no one is breaking into your car or whatever remember this. If you lived in a home of your own in a neighborhood with no security, would you have someone to sit outside to make sure your car and house was safe? I will say this. No you wouldn't and even if you say I will call 911 ok...how long until they get there...at least with having on site security he is either going to avoid a problem or I can guarantee that if he does catch something happening they are not getting far. Just do what you are supposed to and you don't have to worry. Cody and Bre are great people! They don't have to helicopter like Tim did because they now have cameras EVERYWHERE to do that for them. Don't think that they don't login to ? them when the office is closed ?. Thank you for helping us get back on our feet? Shain and Sylena

Don't like how things being ranned there they pick and choose who to knick pick with I feel like the maintenance guy is very racist don't see him harassing any Caucasian just black people he is very rude his job is to fix rooms not harass anybody and I feel like management is poor respect for allowing that kind of behavior at the establishment

Just moved in. Room is spacious clean and smelled great. Lots of storage, new TV, kitchen area is big. Even comes with a small dining table. Worth every dollar!

This place was a blessing ?? clean!!! office staff are kind n caring love this place!!!! and most of neibors are like family ;) ..if you have bugs stay away!!?? we don't want your bugs !!??. Nice clean pool too !!! Washer n dryer services enter at your own risk ??.. there is great security and camera's.. nooo loud parties !!!!! And also to the other comments regarding racist this is not trueeee there is all race here Follow the rules it's that simple!!!!!!!!!! This has been my home ? and I love it ❤️ clean safe !!!!!!!

It's a great place to live if your single and always on the go. No good for kids no place to play outside. The pool is always kept clean washer, dryer ( hit n miss)
