The manager of the store knows how to make things happen. i had order one size to big on academy shirts and had them shipped from California. they were wrong, and happened to be two days before i shipped out. well i called the Tampa store and they were useless. But the manager at the Bradenton store overnight-ed shirts from Texas and they arrived right on time literally hours before i shipped out. thank you so much and i would recommend this store over all else”
“My Oakleys have always been built incredibly well and much sturdier than my Ray Bans. So much so that I end up changing lenses (as my prescription changes) before I ever have to replace the frame. Charlie at the Prime Outlets store in Ellenton, FL was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He coached me on how to remove and install replacement lenses on my Flak 2.0 frame. I highly recommend going there if you are looking for Oakleys.”

“I love GAP brand and I'm not happy about its decline in recent years. As far as I can tell there no comparable brand that I could switch to except for Banana Republic which is in the same family anyway. The styles are ageless, appealing to both younger and older customers. Hang on GAP!”

Once we had sizes down, a staff member helped me pick out clothes to take to the dressing room, where my friend tried everything on. Dear baby girl aka TJ Maxx Customer Service Reps (period - I know it’s hard out there ?↕️)
I went to TJ Maxx this afternoon after saying “I’ll just look…) and bought a pair of earrings, among other things that called out my name. ? They were absolutely lovely. Like an episode of Gilmore Girls - they said “autumn is here, YOU, need ME!” ? And who am I to fight that? I went right ahead and threw them in my cart. ???♀️ After shopping for a UNGODLY amount of time… I skoot my trolley towards checking out and get stuck looking at the impulse buy zone before I finally make it to cashier #4! Sweeter words have never been spoken, so I walk on up! Start paying for my stuff, and the cashier asks me if I have a TJX credit card and I respond, “Is it hot in Florida in July?! Girl of course I do! ? The cashier even kept saying how badly she liked them, even showing other employees them. By now, I hope you know I’m talking ‘bout my earrings. Anywho, before she gave me the last bag, she said the earrings were in the bottom of the bag, as they were “the most important part…” A bit odd but I moved on because those were MY EARRINGS gosh darn it! Finders keepers. Anyway… I went home and unpacked my newly bought items that I didn’t need but bought anyway because I have adult money, and boom, they are nowhere to be found. As a TJX credit card member (is that something to be proud of? IDK, but I love me a $10 reward certificate ??) I hate to speculate. ? I love me my TJ Maxx. However, she may have scanned them, had me pay for them and then kept them. ? I would too girl, like they were fire ? Anyway I digress… I went directly to my car and then home. They were gone. Checked the bags and my car several times over. My boyfriend wanted to know if I was OK… like no, I’m not OK! FINDERS KEEPERS… ? He asked me if I needed a hug, which I accepted as I cried. ? I DIGRESS… let me wrap this up! I have my receipt and everything. Were they 14.99$? Yes. Do I really wish I would have got them? YES! Actually so sad as they were so pretty. ? Anyway, still love my Tj Maxx. Just wish I had my dream earrings. Send me a PR package or something before ya take my SWEET 14.99$ earrings plz, for the love of God!”

“I had an exceptional experience at the Lacoste Outlet in Ellenton thanks to Alfredo Lopez. He truly went above and beyond to help me find two exact outfits in my size that had previously been ordered and not picked up.
Instead of just telling me they were unavailable, Alfredo personally called multiple stores that had the items, confirmed they weren’t on hold, and arranged to have them shipped to me. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days.
