I had an amazing experience at the metro store thanks to Ibrahim! He was extremely helful. We called customer service to access the account but they weren't helpful and his rdm wasn't helful either he spent 30 min to answer him back. Ibrahim was calm and helpful and determined to fix the issue.

I was very impressed with the employees’ ability to speak multiple languages. Ibrahim impressed me with how he spoke English, Arabic, and Malaysian. The new manager Ibrahim was really nice to us and solved all our problems with the phones we got from different store. He gave us a bag as a gift... He's so blessed ♥️♥️
