Oh my! Above and beyond! Carl is amazing and truly cares about his work! I wish I had some before and after of the upholstery! The last 2 detailers had me convinced that the seats had just worn out and could not look any better ... but Carl has revived my car and the inside looks and smells like new! Amazing! I am so grateful and really appreciate his flexibility in options ... so I can bring it back for less to keep it maintained and looking so great!

Let me start off by saying wow!! Carl and his team not only resurrected my wife's Panamera from a botched detail job, but they went out their way to make sure I had transportation to pick up my vehicle. My next course of action to fix the issue was with a wrap or new paint job. Carl was able to make the scratches and swirl marks disappear that I thought were permanent. It's a good thing the car has full coverage, because I know I saw some broke necks on my way home. Mirror Image has earned a loyal customer, and I plan to take advantage of his vehicle upkeep program. Thanks Carl and team!
