Very disappointed. Never see my Doctor anymore. If They cancel, which is what they did, you have to wait 2 months to get an appointment to see the Doctor, and they cancelled the appointment.???? You'd think they would put you in first because you've already waited months to see him. It never was this way before???

Perfect staff that are absolutely incredible at what they do! The nurses are incredible phlebotomists and the Doctors truly care about their patients.

They claim to take walk ins but don’t. They are refusing to take Medicaid and only patients who pay cash are welcome here

Each time I've seen Dr. Shaw she has been completely dismissive. This time I asked her for something for migraines that I've been dealing with since I was a child. She told me I don't know the difference in that and a headache and said to take aspirin and I'll be fine. I then asked her to look at a rash. She told me my time was up and if I wanted her to look at a rash that I need to make another appointment. I would never go there except that it is in walking distance. Another visit I saw Jessica Fennel-Thomas. While she was very pleasant and ordered a CT scan that I needed, it took nearly 2 months to get a follow up appt to get the results.

Been going for 4 years love my dr. Douglas Walsh they did have great reception at one point but now the reception suck but the doctors is great.

My first visit with Dr Walsh and I felt comfortable and pleased with the service he provided to me he will now be my primary Dr and I'm happy that I've found someone who cares about my health and well being.

The doctor I see here is amazing! Jessica Fennel-Thomas has done more for my health then I could possibly explain. I would never go anywhere else! She has gone above and beyond to check on me before the end of the day almost daily when I was 1st diagnosed with diabetes. My levels were through the roof and I was in and out of the hospital. I can not say enough kind words to express how grateful I am to have a one of a kind doctor taking care of me!
