“Creekwood Crossing is a fantastic shopping destination that offers a wide variety of stores and dining options to meet all your needs. I recently visited this shopping center and was thoroughly impressed by the experience.
The layout of the center is well-designed, making it easy to navigate between the different stores. The parking area is spacious, so finding a spot was hassle-free even during peak hours.
One of the highlights of my visit was the selection of stores available. From popular retail chains to unique local boutiques, Creekwood Crossing caters to a diverse range of shopping preferences. I particularly enjoyed browsing through the home goods section, where I found some great deals on decor items.
In addition to the shopping, the dining options are plentiful and varied. Whether you're in the mood for a quick snack or a sit-down meal, there's something for everyone. I had lunch at one of the casual eateries and was delighted by the quality of the food and the friendly service.
The atmosphere at Creekwood Crossing is lively yet relaxed, making it a pleasant place to spend a few hours. The cleanliness of the premises and the well-maintained landscaping added to the overall positive experience.
Overall, Creekwood Crossing is a must-visit for anyone in the Bradenton area looking for a comprehensive shopping and dining experience.”

“I stop by often since I moved nearby and I left my sunglasses on the counter. They saved them for me, and that was so appreciative, as I loved those glasses so much! My friends always told me how nice they are, and I'm a believer!”
“Matt the supervisor there went above and beyond to find my package from a different post office in Bradenton. Thank you Matt for making sure my package was delivered.”

“The staff are so friendly and helpful,I go out of my way to go there for all my postal needs,it is better than going to our main post office,I suggested to all my neighbors go there to support it.I am so glad it is there.”
“I've only had to visit this post office once so far, but it was clean and well-organized, and the staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient; so I have no complaints, and I wanted to leave a quick review to try to balance out some of the negative ones that seem to have piled up here.”
“The actual post office staff are lovely and helpful. They seem to go above and beyond to help me send things. My mail carrier however, whom I have never met as I live in a condo, but I am constantly having packages and mail delivered to the wrong box. Constantly. People don’t always return it to me. One nice guy did. Probably because it was bugs I had ordered for my gecko. It is frustrating and time wasting.”

“I wanted to leave a review because I had such a great experience with Wanda at the passport counter. I wanted to thank her because she was so kind and patient; I had some complications on my end with passport paperwork, and was instructed errantly at a different passport agency before coming to the Oneco office. Wanda had an eagle eye and picked out several small errors that I had made; she was extremely competent. It really made something that should have been a headache, very smooth and easy . In addition, I came in the middle of the day and the PO was very easy to find, easy parking, and the post office was very calm and quiet. I will definitely tell anyone I know who is getting a passport to go here first, thanks again, Wanda!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Above and Beyond — Restored My Faith in Customer Service
How do I even begin to say thank you to the incredible people working at the United States Postal Service @ 75th St W Post Office?
On the morning of February 5, I received a message from Amazon stating that 60 items were on hold. After numerous calls, Amazon assured me the issue had been resolved due to items shipping from different warehouses. I wasn’t overly concerned at first…until 4:30 PM, when I arrived at the rental property where everything was supposed to be delivered… and nothing was there.
Amazon then told me there was nothing they could do because the packages were now with the USPS. With 23 guests arriving in one hour, my husband and I left the property and drove down 75th Street West, where we spotted the post office. Coming from New Jersey, where post offices often close early, I feared I’d be pounding on locked doors—but to my relief, they were open until 5:30 PM.
After waiting on a very short line, I was greeted by a kind young woman at the counter. She explained she couldn’t reach the carrier but that the supervisor might return between 5:30 and 7:00. She was honest and compassionate, took down my name and cell phone number, and promised to call me as soon as she had information.
At that moment, the stress hit me hard—and tears surfaced. A kind customer behind me wished me luck and said she truly felt for my situation.
I stepped outside to sit in the car with my husband when that same customer (God Bless this woman!) exited the post office, ran over to me, and said, “The supervisor just showed up!” I couldn’t believe it. I rushed back inside, and while I was standing in line, the supervisor called my cell phone. I was shocked—not only by the speed of his response, but by his kindness.
He was calm, understanding, and willing to work with me to figure out a solution. When I told him I was actually standing in the lobby and willing to wait, he arranged to bring all 13 boxes out to me so I could personally transport them to the rental property.
When he came out with the boxes, I couldn’t help but hug him. I had less than 30 minutes before my guests arrived, and he went so far as to help us load the boxes into our already jam-packed van, which he offered to hep with also!
Finally, the woman at the front counter also came outside to make sure everything was okay. That level of care and follow-through meant the world to me.
This experience was nothing short of heartwarming. These federal employees went above and beyond in every sense, restoring my faith in people who truly care about doing their jobs—and doing them well. I sincerely hope this review reaches the appropriate supervisors so these outstanding individuals receive the recognition they deserve.
Thank you again for helping me through what felt like an impossible situation. I will never forget your kindness.”
“Matt was very patient and helpful with my extensive certified mailing needs. I appreciate him being able to take the time needed to help me get my numerous letters sent out.”
“Please don't take to heart reviews posted years ago this location has changed dramatically. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and patient with customers and made sending packages very nice experience! I highly recommend to others because of how patient and and accommodating the staff were. They answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease.”

“They’ve always been very kind to me. I can’t complain. Nobody’s ever given me bad service. People get upset at the folks working there when their mail has issues, but it’s not their fault. They’re trying their best and they’re very kind”
“Staff here are friendly and accommodating. The line can get long and the wait time varies by customer obviously. This is a government business, not sure why some people expect to be in & out in a flash. Especially when more often than not it's the customers who aren't following proper packing procedures that ate causing the delay.”
