“In the past we relied on calling Amerigas when we thought we needed gas. Well one time we emptied the tank. Since then we now rely on their time frame for a needed delivery. Now each time they deliver the tank has been about 1/3 full and we are not in danger of running out.”
“First cold night in FL and for someone who lives in a RV full time, we wanted to use our fireplace and we’ve been out of propane for a few days now! We went to U-haul first 20 minutes before they closed and they had already locked the propane tank for refills and refused to unlock it so I called Eddie’s and he said he was closing early but he would wait for us - he gave us a great deal on 2 tank refills and was quick and honest! Definitely will be getting our business from now on.”
“I don't know how this company has such low reviews. I've been using them since 2021 and they have been nothing but super nice. Every time I call to order a refill of propane, the ladies on the phone have been super friendly. They are efficient and get out there quickly and it is easy because they just auto draft my card for the payment. I highly recommend.”

“I Like Ferrell gas. Couple of points
1. I wish to see the next scheduled delivery date on the website, especially since I pay for the sender on my tank.
2. I think it’s highly unreasonable for you to deliver less than 20 gallons on a 120 gallon of tank (17%). And the bill is app 20 % hasmat and delivery charges. I feel you should deliver when my tank is between 20-40% full. Then the hasmat/delivery charge % is much more reasonable.
3. Not sure why I am paying for a sender on a yearly basis, and then you only can deliver less than 20 gallons….on a 120 tank. (Yes I get 80%full=96 total gallons)
But to deliver app 20 gallons on a total of 96- means my tanks is still very full.
Personally, I feel very gouged in the last 2 months. Paying 2x for under a 20 gallon refill AND paying for the sender device (app$65/yr)
4. To me, Seems Ferrell gas is not looking at the data they can see and maximizing the % they deliver when I need it..and controlling the hasmat/delivery charge as a % of the total bill. NO WAY, should hasmat/delivery be 20% of the total cost, which my size of tank.
Ferrell gas straightened out everything between Apr 30-May 6, including the 2 small deliveries.The sender that reads the tank fill was faulty. They changed it out. Once we had a proper read, they were here within 2 days as the tank was at 14%. Lauren Pendleton, the service manager who reached out to me was absolutely terrific. Very happy how the issue was sorted out.”
