Customer service at its best! I can not thank MJ enough for his kindness and patience and also his suggestions for my family reunion get together. I had a long list of family member requests for alcohol. MJ helped me figure out how much I should buy based on my list and the number of people. I do not drink so I was clueless. He was so busy and he was so calm with me and kept on assisting me while still running up and ringing people out. He sure was multi tasking. Thank you MJ. This was almost a month ago so I apologize for not singing your praises sooner. Hope they give raises or promotions for reviews. You’re a great person MJ!

Don't order a Birthday cake, very bad taste! Many years we have orders cakes there and they were great and we got customer service. Now we order the same cake chocolate on chocolate (very simple) and the frosting taste like "coffee".And last year the cake was so bad we all got sick, so I threw the cake out. I called Publix and they said they couldn't do anything cuz I threw the cake out.Now this year I still have the cake and I called the store and the bakery said "someone would call me". I am very disappointed, a very expensive cake tasting bad and no customer service. So, next year I won't be buying cakes at Publix in Palmetto Fl ever again.

Overpriced and not consistent quality. I say shop around. I used to do all my shopping there... like $600 mo. Too pricey and quality not there always. Lots of choices to go to.

Today is February 23, 2023 and I just left Publix liquor Palmetto, I’m so sad I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who helped me but he was absolutely incredible. He was the most friendliest most helpful employee I have come across in a very very long time, and that man deserves a raise so whoever is working a shift at 5 o’clock on this day? Give that man a raise. You just don’t find that kind of customer service anymore!

Asking for any service of any kind here is like asking to be hit in the groin with a hammer. Never have i seen such slow service. I almost had to ask the girl at the deli if she was still awake.

Great customer service! During the busy sushi wednesday at 4:30, the sushi chef was kind enough to make me 2 shrimp tempura rolls! Will be coming back!
