Got a flat tire 3 miles from this location. I called and spoke to the Assistant Manager, Jerry, who was extremely helpful. He recommended a tow company that was very reasonable and confirmed he had the tire I needed before me getting towed there. Once I was there Jerry was professional, efficient and personable. He got me in quickly with tech Reka, who is another friendly efficient person. Considering I was a spur of the moment customer, I expected quite a wait so was very thankful I was in and out quickly. Jerry and Reka were awesome to work with and very much appreciated.

Our friend / chauffeur got a nail in her tire this morning. We pulled in to Tire Kingdom, Jerry met us at the car, kept things positive and calmed all of her stress with some funny jokes. Chris and the guys put on her spare within 5 mins. Quick & easy, friendly service!

I had a wonderful experience at this Tire Kingdom location! Jerry and Chris were absolutely fantastic — they took great care of me from start to finish. I had my baby and toddler with me, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated while they worked on my truck. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. I’m so grateful for their outstanding service and highly recommend this location!

I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom! From start to finish, the service was smooth, professional, and efficient. A huge shout-out to Josh, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His customer service was outstanding! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me get the best outcome. I’ll definitely be coming back to Tire Kingdom for future services. Highly recommend!

Jerry and the team took my car in as scheduled to complete an oil change and tire rotation. The job was completed in a short amount of time for the amount of business that the had. This particular location has always taken great care of us and never disappoints. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom store in Palmetto, FL.
