Had bought a set of tires, they were actually a bad set, the manager upgraded my tires to a better brand with a higher mileage warranty. Gave me a huge discount.
This isn't the old tire kingdom that used to be here, new managers, better customer serviwouldI would highly recommend them.

Needed an unexpected tire repair. I contacted a few different shops in the area and was told they could not help me. I decided to stop by this Tire Kingdom and I’m so glad I did. I received excellent service. They were kind enough to work me in their schedule and quickly repaired my tire. Thank you so much Jerry, Eric and Alfred for helping me in such short notice. You guys are awesome!! I highly recommend them!! Great staff and service!

Extremely pleased with my experience today. Jerry immediately welcomed me in and explained in full detail everything necessary for me to get back on the road safely. Alfred and Chris were my mech sick and made sure my safety was there most highest priority and I will definitely be back whenever I need another service, highly recommend 10 out of 10! Wow what an amazing experience I had at this location. Eric and his team went above and beyond with the service they provided for my vehicle today. I have been down here for two years and you don’t even get service like that at the dealership. They were very pleasant and very straightforward. I will definitely recommend this to anyone and I will be back, also a huge shout out to his assistant store manager his energy is contagious. The way he talks to you is so personable. Thank you, tire Kingdom of Palmetto you guys are Rockstars?

Need a patch (not on the side wall) and they said no I needed a new tire…I took it to a different tire place and got it patched….2nd time Tire Kingdom has done this to me.

8am appointment for 2new tires. It’s 9am, they took my car in at 8:45am, still waiting… prices are good but service is SLOW, even with an appointment

Had an oil change at tire kingdom and it was the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to maintenance on my truck! Ken and Jerry were absolutely great! Both very professional and hilarious! They made the experience great! The oil change was quick and I was on my way! Will definitely be going to this tire kingdom for all my future needs!

After buying my children their first car, I wanted to make sure everything with it was safe and reliable. Eric and Jerry took great care of me. I explained my concerns being a low tire, a tire with a crappy plug, and a rattling underneath the car. I could have met a salesman today. However, my experience was quite different. Both Jerry and Eric offered to take my car in and look at it, instead of providing me a laundry list of pricey repairs. I had a nail in one tire, needed to replace the other, and the rattling ended up being a heat shield around the exhaust. Sure they could have sold me shocks, struts, brakes, rotors, new windshield wipers etc… They didn’t. They were honest and I didn’t leave feeling like I was robbed, yet valued as a customer and taken care of. I am very pleased with the genuine customer service they provided as well as the workmanship from the guys in the shop. I will definitely return!
