There is one heavyset guy there that is constantly not nice more like sarcastic or something I avoid this post office due to him every time I come here it’s the same attitude and I just don’t like the way you talk to me or other customers. I don’t know maybe like an arrogant behavior of some kind but it’s just not flattering.

Missing packages. Constantly. They will say they delivered the item and nothing is there. I've never ever had as many issues with another post office as I have this one. I spend time and effort to report things Missing, sometimes they find them sometimes they don't, then you have to go through thr process of reporting a claim. At this point I'm ready to pay for a P.O. box at Ellenton to not have to deal with palmetto and their lack of ability and care to get things delivered properly.

Unfriendly! I brought in a package realized the label was wrong, went back not even 5 minutes later to see if there’s any way I could get it back. The guy shrugged his shoulders said no he already put it on the truck. Careless.

The woman that delivers our mail is so rude I spoke to her while she was handing off my package to me and she did not speak back I told her to have a great day she proceeded to just get in her car my sister said she had the same experience with her a couple weeks ago I don't like that she is nonchalant I think all post office to workers should be more nice being that they are carrying people personal belongings with personal information with an attitude like that you just don't know if you can trust them then it is so hard to make a complaint about the person I've called both numbers everyone's giving me the run-around what is it can we not make a complaint on people I prefer her not to deliver our mail is it anyway for us to get a new mail delivery carrier call customer service they sided with her as if it's okay to be rude towards people if your day isn't going well well well a company shouldn't be hiring people like that unless they don't care as well hire people that are happy to be there and willing to go the extra mile I deliver groceries with instacart and all my people have great things to say about me and I'm not just saying this I have facts to back it up they rate us as well 4.7 over here hire people that have high expectation and really there not only for a check but to make a difference

Currently, my delivery is sitting in a different parcel box. They mixed up the keys and gave me someone else's parcel box key for their package, or they just gave me the wrong key. This is an on-going issue for my neighborhood and the mis-distribution of the parcel keys into our mailbox. I called the 800 number to wait for them to review the delivery, without an option to specify my issue.

Package personally given to clerk at this Post Office on Wednesday morning and he scanned it and he gave me a receipt. The tracking correctly shows that USPS took possession of the package on Wednesday morning. It is now Friday night, almost 3 full days later, and the tracking information has not changed. I am so disgusted and I fear I will be in for the run around from these people, and that the package will never be located, and that they will not make good not even to refund the postage I paid, never mind the monies for the item even though the package was insured. I will post any further developments.

Lost my package. Marked as delivered to front door/porch, nothing there. Security cameras show no one all day. Called and gave tracking number. The lady said it was “misdelivered” and she’d contact the carrier to retrieve it and deliver to me. It’s now 3 days later and nothing. I opened a ticket online and I got a reply saying it has been resolved with additional text saying they’re still looking for it. If you’re still looking for it then it’s not resolved! So to sum it up they gave my package to someone else and refuse to take responsibility so I’m out the money I spent on the contents. Absolutely terrible.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star, because the only job they have is to deliver parcels, and that they did not. Additionally, they claimed the left a delivery notice (I was home all day) and no one ever came, nor left a notice. I reviewed the entire 24 hours of camera footage to be sure I wasn’t in the bathroom or missed them when they attempted. Not a soul ever showed. At least have integrity and be honest with yourselves. no one is perfect and that is ok to miss, but don’t make stuff up. My medication was not delivered, held without notice, required refrigeration and now, is no good. Thanks!

This is one of best Post offices. I have ever dealt with I had a problem and talked to Grant and he was able to solve it in a matter of minutes. He returned my call right away, and the problem was solved

Almost every time I go in there, which I hate doing, because the welcome is anything but pleasant. Is it a requirement to work there to be a jerk to the customers? Left and now at UPS.

Terrible at delivering packages!!!
Need to get trained by Amazon on how to do it. Actually it would be better if Amazon took over the postal service !!!

I never have a problem with USPS other than the people like to just be oblivious when someone walks in to deliver a package or something. Some people are not the friendliest but they are good about getting you in and out.
