The girls at the store is awesome being that it was too they were right up on it I'm working the photo booth to front counter also helping out on floor when need to find items they were awesome I really appreciate you girls I was in and out and I appreciate that the most because this town has grown a lot and it's always busy and cluttered so you can't get things done fast as you used to but you girls are up on it keep the great work up thank you so much

Ordered photos and kept getting messages saying my order was delayed. Called after 2days and was told that they didn’t have any 4x6 paper and didn’t know when they would have it. I had to cancel the order after waiting for 2days. Very poor service!

Several years and pleasant experience with pharmacy thrown all down the drain thanks to pharmacist Andrea
What a terrible experience. I speak to a technician earlier in the day who says I’m good to go and ready for pickup in an hour. I have my partner (who has picked up for me previously several times) go and grab it for me. I’m shocked to hear him say the pharmacist won’t release the medication unless I go there in person with my id once he arrives.
I quickly give her a call to be struck with an unprofessional, arrogant person. After years of having picked up my medication there with ZERO issues or complaint- she tells me that I have to go in person because she has no license on file for me. I tell her I’ve never had an issue and that’s concerning and incompetent on their part.
I do live half and half between Boca and hollywood, but primarily Boca as I was born and raised there. So while I’m in Hollywood for the 1-3 months I drive an hour. My partner drove an hour today.
She tells me it’s not her problem and it’s someone on staff that made the mistake. She has nothing in her system. Clearly upset, and not because of a pickup concern, but of a security concern I’m clearly frustrated. I wait the 30 days required by Florida law and by my doctor to pickup my prescription. Andrea the pharmacist went as far as disrespecting me saying I always pick up my prescription early with a grotesque attitude. Unless there was a modification to my medication, I have never done so.
I planned to transfer Walgreens as this location is shutting down and I will be transitioning to living in Hollywood full time. I’m told that I do in fact have my license on file, was provided the date it was uploaded along with the my address on it- per my new pharmacist
Disrespectful, unprofessional, and just overall upsetting experience. What a shame because the rest of the staff has been nothing but amazing these years. I will be submitting a complaint to the board

I’m dissatisfied because the stuff of the photography department is very unprofessional. I came there one day with my husband to make passport photos and to print other things. The girl that was working there took the chair that we were supposed to sit while taking the photos, she was talking with us and she put her one leg with the dirty shoe one the chair and she was stepping on it and talking to us in this type of position. We were just looking at it so discussed because it was in front of our eyes and then she put this chair under the wall that we were supposed to sit on and take the pictures. Besides that, she weren’t helpful with helping us to print some other stuff and finally she told us that it’s better to go to the UPS. So that’s what we did.

The service current staff could use some more training. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone in for the photo department and the distasteful employee is bothered to tend to customers. The last time I visited she was bothered & yelling from one register to the other across the room to her trainee. Very unprofessional!! Please consider hiring people who reflect your values & common courtesy. I canceled my order overall. Not worth the headache.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Walgreens. Downright rude for no reason. They want you to feel so uncomfortable, you leave.

01-25-2025 @ 1:45 pm Don't take your FedEx packages here! They won't take them because they can't charge there machine. We received no apologies just stated we can't take your packages. Horrible customer service!

My prescription was supposed to be ready 2 days ago and I still haven’t received a text that it’s ready. I also went to see if it was ready and the pharmacy decided to close an hour before they’re supposed to close.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They don’t know how to do their jobs. They put you on hold forever. The lady said I needed a pre authorization from my insurance and hung up on me when the reason why it didn’t go through is because she put the wrong brand prescription in. This pharmacy is a straight up joke. Fire them all
