I bought an Edward’s key lime pie to take to a get together . I opened the box and pulled the pie out and I was so embarrassed. This pie looked like it had been through a war. See the picture. I was mortified. I did not mishandle the pie. I was very careful with it. I’ve bought these pies for years and never had one look like this! My guess is either the stock person or another customer dropped the pie and put it back in the cooler. And lucky me got that pie.

This has got to be the WORST Walmart experience ever. If corporate reads these messages, PLEASE train new leadership team, current management is NOT doing their job and will run it to the ground. There is absolutely no excuse the the overall lax approach to customer service. There is no professionalism or work ethic. You will wait hours for delivery only to find they never arrived phones are never answered. Had to call customer support who then was able to get someone to actually answer the store line… but then my order STILL didn’t arrive . After 5 phone calls to online support and two days later, I was told to cancel the order and make a new one.i did so, and paid extra foe expedited delivery… But… suddenly every item literally EVERY item was out of stock or replaced with a more expensive alternative. When i messaged the "shopper" Arnaldo who was collecting the items, i never got a response. this place is a joke. employees need remediation or termination from the top down.

Edith at self check out was rude as can be. I parked on the grocery side & for some reason the self checkouts on that side were closed. Only a few registers open with long lines. Therefore walked to the other side of the store where self check outs were open. I was the only person waiting there & a line started to form the other direction & Edith told me I had to go to the back of the line bc I was not standing in the correct spot although I was there before the other customers. She did not direct me to the "correct spot" whenever she seen me walk up. Some self checkouts only taking card or cash. She did not check my ID when purchasing alcohol either. She said "next time you need to be in correct spot"
Not great customer service. You should never speak to customers in the tone she did to us. I understand having a bad day but it shouldn't be taken out on a customer.

The dumbo worker at self checkout nearest to the pharmacy at ~4:30pm, 6/25/2024 today was soooo lazy she wouldn't even verify an incorrect price that rang up. So, I left the items at the register and walked out! Got my food items at Aldi's cheaper and found the exact same shirts on line for $5 less than the sales price that she did not honor and got free shipping...Karma is great! BYE BYE Walmart!!!

One of the larger Walmarts. I only live six miles away so that's my normal walmart. I've never had a problem there but I prefer state road seventy walmart. It's smaller Put in a better neighborhood.

Sent my mother there to pickup groceries and she sat in the pickup lot for over an hour. She had 5 people come out and ask her what the name on the order was and finally after an hour she finally got to leave.
Oh and this is for the managers.... ANSWER THE DAMN PHONES. Tried calling for over 20 minutes and not 1 department answered. Completely unacceptable. Whomever is running the show there Sunday evenings needs some remediation.

We ordered for pick up. We live in Ruskin and prefer to shop at the palmetto store. We either order for delivery or pickup. Two days now we have been waiting for our pickup order. Which was confirmed ready. My son is still sitting in the parking lot, checked in and waiting for an hour and 50 minutes to get our order. Maybe time to shop at Winn Dixie just across the street from us.
