“Personable, knowledgeable, and skillful. I took a piece of scrimshaw to be made into a pendant. No one else would work with it because they were afraid it would crack. They willingly worked with me. The suggestions as to what settings would look good were spot on. The piece is beautiful. Also, the selection of items they carry is always unique and beautiful.”
“I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Taleen and her husband! I needed two necklaces shortened and had taken them to another prominent jeweler in town who treated me rudely and when quoted the price they wanted for both ($175) I promptly walked out. I decided to go to University Park Jewelers for another quote. IM SO GLAD I DID! Taleen not only showed me that the one necklace already had a slider and I could adjust myself (the other jeweler looked at it and never told me!) and then charged me a reasonable fee to shorten my other necklace!! The honesty, professionalism and kindness was such a stark contrast to the other business. And not only that- my necklace was done not the very next day!!! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! If I could give 10 stars I WOULD!”
