dont buy anything from this store ... the people cant understand a payment plan ... i went in there and talked with a lady and the manger and had my payment sat up for the first and third thur of each month and had it coming out my bank acct they said ok i got to looking at my bank acct some months they was taking three payments out i stop them from taking money out my bank acct and told them i would just call it in or stop by i paid on the 7 of this month and my next payment is the 21 they just called me and said your acct was due yesterday on the 15 .... and this is not a arrons store its a knock off and all the stors in panama city and the beach is not owned by arrons they are knock off stores so go some other place and buy your stuff this stores are out to scam you and theres not place or anybody you can call about this stores

This particular Aaron's is a franchise so they can do/say whatever they want and get away with it. With this company, the customer ISNT always right. The customer service is great until they no longer need your money. I've paid off a brand new washer/dryer set and a stove with them and the minute I call them about my card still being charged for SOMETHING I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR (Aaron's club), I'm told I can be opted out of it but no refund is given since I "had to be the one to sign up for it" even though I could put it on my life that I did not. This is the second time they are adding this on without my permission but I'm made to be the liar. When I raise my voice to voice my frustrations, the lady on the phone hung up in my face because I apparently offended her fragile ego. When I called back, Ryan tells me she'd do it again if I continued to yell. I explained to him that I was yelling at the situation, NOT HER, and he says "well we hang up to diffuse the situation and give you time to calm down" .. WHEN THE F has hanging up in someone's face made them calm down?! You guys are a joke and I'd like to see you treat someone like that in person. If there was corporate to answer to, you'd have better customer service skills. I will never purchase from another Aaron's, franchise or not. Overpriced and ghetto.

They are GREAT.The store was immaculate and everything perfectly displayed.I had an issue with a late payment. They were very helpful, polite, and made an uncomfortable situation, very comfortable. I appreciate them and am looking to buy MORE!

“If it’s important to ya, come put your eyes on it”, was the response when inquiring about the specs of a laptop that I need for work and school. WHAT A JOKE! I wasn’t inquiring about mind-blowing information, just about a model number because their website doesn’t have reviews about the specific model and HP didn’t even show that they made a laptop with the specific specs that were being advertised. “If it’s important to ya, come put your eyes on it” sounds like a response from someone who is uneducated on the products that their company offers or the laziness of an employee. While I agree, it’s important to see the item, my schedule didnt allow me to make it there during operational hours and with the delivery option seeming convenient, I was going to have it delivered….not any more. I’m in need of a laptop but I’m not desperate. “If you value your job, get up and look”. I gave a one star because there were not options less than that.

My husband ordered me a new washer and dryer which we had to wait a week for them to get in store. It was in his name and when we showed up to get it they needed an ID but since he was just coming from work, he didn't have his ID on him. They said you can just take a picture of it and email it to us or you can wait and come back with it. So I said just cancel his order and put it in my name because we drove a long way and I had my ID. The guy said he wouldn't do that for just a washer and dryer that it'd be too much paperwork for that. We we're buying a 1,300.oo set with the 6months same as cash plan. They were super judgemental to us and apparently didn't want to sale anything. I went to RentACenter and bought a set within a hour. Canceled my husband's order and will never use these people again.
