was in town for spring break and my daughter spilled coffee on my laptop and the screen went blank. I wanted to try someone local vs. a chain for help. I asked them if they could save from the water damage to check why it was running slow. They changed out the drive for me to an updated one and transferred all the files. All the same day and for a tourist. thanks again for fitting me in!

I took my old computer in because it would not download a program. It’s very old Samsung
but it still works. They had it fixed within a few hours. I was so thankful especially because I had to tune a car amplifier with a digital sound processor. Thank you for your quick and professional repair!

Shane was able to remotely repair an issue with Outlook on my computer today saving me the hassle of a trip out to the beach. Very knowledgeable and fast service. Will use again when needed. So nice to know where to go the next time an issue arises. Thank you!

My laptop screen wouldn't light up. I took it to ALS and they fixed it the same day. The price was quite reasonable. A minor glitch occurred several days later and they looked at the computer and resolved that minor issue with no charge. Excellent service all around.

My computer got infected with malware and completely froze up. ALS did the repair and had it up and running by the end of the day. Two months later a new malware got into my computer, and because it was reinfected shortly after the first repair, ALS repaired it free and did other extensive repairs and upgrades. It has been running 100% perfect ever since. They do a great job and they stand by their work. I would highly recommend them 100%. Thank you to Shane and his staff.

Martha was very welcoming and took copious notes about my laptop issues. She was quite knowledgable. I received a call from Shane the technician who was working on it about an hour later. He had an early diagnosis and shared his thoughts with me. I own an HP Envy that is (knock on wood) almost 20 years old and has performed phenomenally! Recently retired, I would prefer not to have to purchase a new one and Shane did an awesome job repairing it and running some diagnostics. It was only in the shop two days. I think that is terrific service and the costs were quite reasonable too. I highly recommend ALS!

I was down on vacation/work and my work computer crashed. I called the awesome people at ALS and they got me right in and ended up long story short putting a whole new hard drive in my computer and reinstalling all my of my stuff back on my computer. I can not tell you what a wonderful place this is!!!! If I could give more stars I would!!
