Do Not Recommend … We Went In Because Our Kitten Was Wounded By The Momma . Sad Situation , But We Knew The Kitten Prolly Wasn’t Gonna Make It . They Told Us They Were Either Gonna Kill It Or We Had To Burry It . WHO WANTS TO PAY $140 AFTER THEY TELL YOU THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING ?!?!? THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING BESIDES LOOK AT THE POOR THING AND TELL US THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO . So Unless You Wanna Get Charged For Absolutely Minimum Work , Don’t Go Here !

This is a great vet. I was there on time and I was seen on time. They were patient with me and my babies. They have preventive care plans and their Staff is knowledgeable. I felt like they were family. Tristan was great and explained everything to me before it was done. I also love that I'm allowed in the room when my babies were getting treatment. (Covid at my other vet prevented that) this is a great local vet with reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful friendly staff who made my pup feel comfortable. Dr. was very thorough and explained everything clearly. That really took the time to deal with us so we didn’t feel like we were being rushed out the door.

Start to finish the staff at Animal Care Center were wonderful. Kind, understanding, and respectful. Communication was great. Allowing me to come visit and spend as much time as possible with him was amazing. Surgical out come was wonderful. They made navigating this scary time very easy.

We felt our visit at with the veterinarian was very good. I had questions after we left and I called back and talked to one of the receptionist and she spoke to Dr. Smitherman, who I have great respect for and then she called me back and gave me the answers.

My cat was very ill and I was referred by my regular vet to the Animal Care Center because of the possibility of needing 24/7 care. They apologized for my wait, even though I thought it was very reasonable, considering it was an emergency. Thankfully, it was not an emergency, but I was confident that I came to the right place had there been. A reasonable charge and very helpful folks. Definitely recommend.

Edited: Dr LeBleu reached out after our review. I believe he is being genuine and honest by saying he didn't intentionally mean to be dismissive with his statements. On our end, it felt like he was saying "sneezing is normal, my dog sneezes all the time, but I'll prescribe this anyway". It seems like he meant to say "it could be a normal sneeze, it could be respiratory and for that let's start with this prescription and see if he improves". I'm glad I left an honest review of our interaction and that Dr LeBleu reached out. For that, I've updated my review from 4 to 5 stars. I think owning up to one's impact regardless of their intent is a classy, respectful move and one that instills solid trust in a pet's care.--I'm mixed because Dr LeBleu did prescribe medication that has thankfully helped our dog. Our pups regular vet couldn't get him in until Tuesday, so we had to take him to the urgent care here. We told Dr LeBleu the sneezing and reverse sneezing wasn't normal for our dog (10 years old and we've been with him his whole life, so we know what's normal and what's not) and he has some yellow mucus, and Dr LeBleu said he'd prescribe the medication anyway to help with a respiratory infection but it was normal for a dog to sneeze. The whole time our dog continued sneezing in the office, and we had videos (that Dr LeBleu never bothered to watch) where the sneezing fits were so bad our dog had trouble catching his breath. Again, after 10 years, we know what is normal. I will say the vet tech seemed very compassionate and listened to our concerns. Dr LeBleu seems very knowledgeable and could've been having an off day, but it's frustrating that he was dismissive.

Great exp over all. My yellow cat was thoroughly examined quickly. Then we had to wait over an hour for veterinarian to much was fine. My first suggestion would be to offer or just bring in basic needs if there is a long wait. Such as water, food and a towel or blanket. The exam room was chilly. My cat had been missing for hours and was hangry. My 2nd suggestion would be to go ahead and apply topical med on pet.I did like how I was able to pay in exam room. Very convenient. A tv in the exam room would be nice or at least some soothing cat music. Soothing music would drown out the “scary” sounds like dogs barking. Very clean. Very professional. Very thorough

I’m forever grateful at how they helped my Maggie girl. I cannot say enough good things about the doctor and staff. They kept me updated, and the doctor even would personally call me.
