“The assistant manager (Shannon) was more than helpful with a quick and professional work ethic to ensure me and my significant other could get the apt that we wanted and proceeded to help with encouragement on specific routes to take to help with a smoother move in when our date arises.”
“Prompt service to check bedrm.vent due to being so hot, 82 in that room. I was hoping taking vent off & looking for perhaps blockage would help. Maintenance said it felt like it was working fine & cl was sed vent to bathroom in Hope's of more air going through to bedroom. It did not help. I may need sirconditioner or avery learns ceiling fan in bedroom. Rest of Apt is cool. He did check my freeze door gasket & said door was closing properly. It would not stay shut tightly night before. It needed his magic touch. Thank you.”
“Really wonderful complex that is efficient and upscale! I have lived in many different cities, including NYC and in Tennessee near Nashville, and this is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! They have top quality amenities, are very clean and organized with keeping the grounds orderly and operational, extremely quick and efficient with maintenance requests, and excellent when it comes to communication. On top of that, they frequently organize special events for the residents like having a variety of unique food trucks come to the property, as well as offer holiday themed spreads for the community. So far I have loved living here and would absolutely stay for many years if it were not for needing to relocate due to work. Definitely worth applying to!”
