Instantly I knew this person was different than most of the customer service people I have spoken to in the past. This young man listened and genuinely seemed to care about my dilemma! I have been involved in customer service my entire adult life and I can assure you that this was an exceptional example of the right way to handle every guest that calls your business or walks through your doors. They did not have the product that I needed so but I was able to get what I needed because Kyle searched other locations to find what I was looking for. Well done, Kyle!!”

“I had finally bought us a new dishwasher, in a Black Friday sale from a big box store. Over the month, they lost my order, brought a broken machine and misplaced the return order. Said they'd have a new one in 2-3 more weeks. I canceled the whole mess. On a hunch, I called Appliance Center in downtown PC at 3:00 Friday afternoon, of New Years weekend. The voicemail said they'd be open Tuesday so I left a message.Imagine my shock when Bob Hurst, the owner, called me Saturday morning! I told him exactly what I wanted and he said he thought they had it in stock. But he was at home, so he called his son and asked him to run by the store. Bob called me back later that afternoon and said they could install it Tuesday; and it was done as promised ... for $100 less than the big box. That's what I call customer service.”

I'm remodeling my condo, and they saved me from myself, I'm more differential calculus and balance sheets than hammers and pipe wrenches.”
