If have other options than ATT use that. So many problems and then they do not care. The absolute lack of customer service is ridiculous. Our entire neighborhood has been without internet and they told me that it was just me and merely a coincidence that ALL of us were without internet at the same time. Good thing I have a Verizon hot spot so I can actually work.

Little to no help getting volume set. It keeps going low all by itself. I do not recommend AT&T at all. You sign up at one price but it will change it at their discretion and you will be paying a lot more. We are just getting out of a 3 year contract that they jumped by 20% but could never fully explain or justify.

Everyone at this store is very friendly and professional. Aichelle went above and beyond to assist me the last time I was there. I have been in here quite a few times and I have not had a bad experience. I am very pleased that AT&T recognizes healthcare workers with a discount. I recommend this store and I will continue to use them.

I traded in my iPhone 10 on 8/1. Since then my bill has been extremely high. After doing research I noticed I have been charged monthly for the phone I traded in on 8/1. I went to the ATT on 10/8 (Store 9998A front beach road) where I traded and purchased my new phone. I was told they Zero record of me trading this phone and that they were unable to help me. Today (10/9), I spoke to the manager John and he too could not find any record of me trading in the phone. I even asked John to view the cameras from that day and stated he did not have access to the cameras. John ended up saying he could help me and hung up the phone. Today (10/9), I luckily found the Device Trade-in receipt (see attached picture) and took the receipt to the ATT store. When I arrived at the store John said that he would not help me and proceeded to call the police. Currently I am working with corporate to resolve a issue that should have been handled yesterday. I do not recommend this location and thank GOD I found this receipt or I would be out of luck. Store Managers need to take responsibility for mistakes. This experience makes me feel like John is dishonest and steeling customers phone trade ins. Lastly John was not wearing a Mask when I was at the location and he was not enforcing this with his staff.
