While on vacation someone tried to hack my phone and it totally locked down. We tried everything you can think of even factory reset to fix but it just didn't work. I went in the store and Hunter helped me and was absolutely amazing. I wasn't able to get my phone unlocked but he helped calm my down and got me a new phone. He was amazing.

The entire store was so accommodating to me. I dealt with a young man named Hunter and he was just the nicest and most patient person I have dealt with. 10/10 customer service on all of their parts. I was just visiting and the treated me like a regular!!!

One person only serving customers. Fortunately, I was first ( got in before it got busy) but obviously they need more staff working to handle customers! The girl was very efficient & quick but all the same, potential customers were sitting, standing & languishing while she attended to my needs! Great location though but couldn't unfortunately handle my needs or questions.

This is a CON.
Be careful because the manager quotes you certain rates and the bill is not consistent w the quote.
I filed a complaint w the FCC and trying to hire an attorney bc my bill was literally two times the quoted amount.
Look for added services that you may not have approved like insurance..etc

Would give it 5 stars but Jonathan told me to call 611 for customer service waited 15 minutes on the phone and no answer. Called the store back and Mathew answered. Mathew put me through directly to customer service. Thank you Mathew for helping me instead of just trying to get off the phone. Jonathan it took Mathew 1 second to transfer me I don’t know why you couldn’t just do that. Other than that great people. Jonathan not upset with you just irritated. It just seemed lazy.

Matthew is spot on !!! Over the phone he answers all my questions without rushing me and when I went in the store he was the best. Went Thursday for the IPhone 15 then back Saturday for the Ultra 2 watch. He is definitely my go to person.

Workers are very nice and helpful. Store can get busy fast so go early or you may end up here for awhile.

Nicholas has a mental deficit. No situational awareness. Seems peculiar how he was hired. An audit of this store needs to completed. You have to wait on average of 45 mins to an 1 hour to be seen. None of the other employees seem to not know job. Misleading and confusing are two words that resonate here. A price was agreed upon for a plan, then every week there is a new charge or add on.

We visit the Front Beach store in PCB, FL to upgrade our 4 phones. We got WELCOMED from Liberty and in no time she was taking care of us. It was amazing to see her multitasking ability. While waiting for the system to work with the datas she put it for the upgrade, she was taking care of a customer that had an issue with an apple phone. She took care of the issue and was back to us just the moment the sistem was ready for the next step. She was on a roll and she professionally answered to all the questions we had...and in between questions she still took care of a customer with internet issues.Very impressive. Thank you.
