Same thing as usual. Here for a CT scan. I have an 8am appointment, they say be here 15 mins early for paperwork. And i still sitting here waiting 45mins past my appointment time, even though im the only person in the waiting area.

Absolutely terrible service. You wait, wait and wait just to get blood work. Four LPN’s just standing around, no one getting called back. It’s always this way!

I'm used to the long wait here, but this time after filling out the same long paperwork on the IPad and a long wait, the lady taking my blood blew out my vein!!!! And I have big easy veins to work with. Very painful and now I have a large knot and bruise!!

Needed to get an Ultrasound Test done. Walked in and receptionist told me this type of test needed to go through their scheduling system and to assist me she faxed the Doctor's order to the scheduling department. Called scheduling department (outsourced to the Philippines), didn't know anything about the faxed order. Said to go back to Doctor and have them refax. People at the diagnostics center were willing and able to do the test, but said they could not help me without going through scheduling. This is the second time dealing with this scheduling department, the first time they said the test I needed was not available at the local facilities, which it was, and this time it was not having received a fax which was sent from their own facility. The times that I have actually had testing done, the personnel completing the testing were professional and efficient. My problem is not with the local facilities but getting scheduled.

Just when you think this place cannot get any worse, they do. This is the slowest, most ridiculous check in process I have seen. I sat with my daughter for 30 minutes waiting for blood work to be told, the laboratory tech was locked out of the lab Corp computer. We left, to be chased down and told to come back in and they could perform the labs under Ascension. I would think they would have figured out she was locked out and carried on with patient care. But, she sat on the phone trying to get access. A better use of time may have been to ask if anyone could have their labs done under Ascension. This place gets worse everytime I come here. Do something about it. The issues are ignored. Now we are back, sitting again, waiting for the lab tech who is back on the phone trying to fix her lab Corp access instead of patient care. We were asked to come back in here and they are calling other patients before my daughter. By far the worst facility Ascension owns. Constant complaints, bad reviews and still nothing is done. They never seem to receive orders. Get better leadership and fix the issues.The women behind the desk are gossiping about co-workers. So unprofessional.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE SO I GIVE YOU A ONE. WE TOOK MY GRANDDAUGHTER IN, THEY SENT HER HOME SAYING SHE WAS JUST TEETHING. TOOK HER TO HER DOCTOR THE NEXT DAY SHE HAS AN UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION AND AN EAR INFECTION. AVOID THIS ER AT ALL COST. YES THEY "CHECKED" BOTH EARS

Very bad place, unprofessional reception. My specialist has sent them the materials I need and scheduled my CT scan. So they called me a month ago to make an appointment. (It was they who contacted me for an appointment for a CT scan). But today I arrived at my appointment time and they told me that my insurance was not allowed and cancelled my appointment. When I gave the insurance approval letter to the front desk, she said there was nothing she could do to get me to re-book. Ridiculous place. If you can do everything you can to avoid this place, they will only waste your time and shirk your responsibilities！

My family celebrates the 4th of July every year at Panama City. The need for emergency medical care so far from home is something most people don’t consider until the moment you need it. One afternoon we decided to go roller skating. My daughter in law fell and broke her wrist. Luckily, Bay Medical was just down the road. Considering the circumstances, we had a very pleasant experience. We were in and out in less than ninety minutes. We were very impressed with their compassion and professionalism. In addition to their excellent care, they called her the next day to check on her. She had to have surgery the following week but she is well on her way to a full recovery. Thank you Bay Medical for taking such good care of my daughter in law.
