They have roaches. Shower leaning and leaking. Room stinks. Lobby stinks. Small balcony. Palm trees blocking view of ocean. Hot tub is cold. Renters next to our room were yelling cussing, fighting all nights. Throwing things into the walls. People in hotel parking lot asking for money. Do not recommend especially if your staying with children. Didn't feel safe.

Rooms are comfy, most staff are accommodating, all staff are friendly and kind, the cold breakfast is yummy. Though there are no breakfast meats nor eggs, there are frozen breakfast burritos that are easy for guests to microwave. The property is currently being updated and making repairs. There is not an elevator but those that are stair challenged are put in rooms more easily accessible. I am glad we never have had to walk over to the Radisson to check into the Ramada. I do like the guest laundry which made washing fun, enjoyable, and way less of a chore ?

Great Staff, beautiful views, restaurant within walking distance down the beach, great rooms, rooms are clean with kitchens- big bathrooms. Rooms are very spacious was only 2 of us but could easily sleep 7 atleast. Only issue we had was the pool was not cleaned very well so we just didn't use it.

This hotel needs to be updated badly. Our kitchen oven was so badly rusted and peeling that we were scared to cook on it. Balcony door was hard to open and didn't lock. Broken plastic chairs on balcony. For a "studio suite" the TV should have been bigger than a 32". No couch in room for sitting. Carpet needs replaced as it's very dirty and old. Beds should get a complete overhaul, they seem to be very old. Some of the lamps in room didn't work. Room phone didn't work. No plug for the bathtub, you could only take a shower. I also noticed some building structure issues, general maintenance in hotel appearance should be top priority. Hot tub was as cold as pool water, so not functional. They really need an elevator, we were on 4th floor! Breakfast is a joke. Cold muffins, cereal, coffee, juice ect. This Ramada, which falls under the Wyndham family, makes Wyndham look bad. The only good thing I can say is the location.

The location of this hotel is on the beach. The rooms are horrible. This hotel does not have an elevator. I have a health condition that makes it extremely difficult for me to walk up and down stairs all day, so being on the 4th floor was not ideal for me. The first room we were given only had two double beds in it when we booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was on the first floor but I took it that because we said something about it the clerk gave us the 4th floor. The beds were very uncomfortable with only one extremely thin blanket and two pillows on each bed. The sofa bed was beyond worn out with only a bottom sheet. No blankets or pillows. There were roaches crawling on the wall. The sliding door to the balcony does not slide open and close. It is extremely difficult to get it open and closed. The people in the room next to ours sat on the balcony continuously smoking Marijuana coughing and gagging like they were about to vomit. Sitting on balcony enjoying the view in peace was impossible unless Marijuana is your thing, and you enjoy listening to people gagging and you enjoy the horrendous smell of Marijuana. The breakfast the website advertised is very misleading. It only consisted of prepackaged muffins with either orange juice or coffee. If there are no parking spots available at the hotel, you have to park across the street behind the stores in a lot and walk back to the hotel. The ice machine did not work. You have to buy your own ice. We booked a two night stay but left the next day and went home. We booked September 29, 2023 - October 1, 2023.Rooms: Extremely outdated, uncomfortable, and has roaches.Walkability: There is not an elevator at this hotel. If your health is good, you'll be good to go walking up and down stairs all day.Noteworthy details: This hotel advertised that breakfast was included in the price you pay. The breakfast was only prepackaged muffins with orange juice or coffee. Very misleading advertisement.

This has been the worst hotel experience me and my wife have ever had. We’ve been coming to Panama City beach Florida since we were 16 and have stayed here when they were the beach breaker by the sea and it has been a nightmare. The pool hasn’t been maintained in a long time hot tub is busted the people at the desks response is to go to the pool across the street. For what I paid I shouldn’t have to go to another hotel. Customer service has been a nightmare unwilling to help our room ceiling is covered in water damage, night lamps don’t work the hair dryer doesn’t work the sliding glass door to the balcony doesn’t want to open just don’t waste your time and stay here spend a little more this place is trashSafety: Mold and water damageNoteworthy details: The pool is filled with algae and doesn’t look like it’s been maintained in years. The hot tub is in poor condition, the pool pump is pouring water out all over the place, our room is down right unacceptable ceiling tiles covered with water damage

Location is cool but the rooms are not great. it's in desperate need of a remodel, definitely an 90's style hotel. Some workers were nice others just too weird and shady. Out bathroom fan didn't work and they had to fix the shower due to the hot water knob breaking off.

I have never complained about much when I get to go to the beach. There was a chair on our little balcony that was broken. I sit down in it and almost fell. We ask for a kitchen net and there was one available. The stove had one eye that worked. My husband is very handy and fixed another one for us to use. The coffee pot lid was broken. The sliding class door was very hard to open. There wasn't any silverwear at all in the kitchen. When I needed to towels and wash cloths I had to go to the front desk and I we were given one towel and one wash cloth a day. When I asked for a dish cloth to wash the dishes with I was told they didn't have anything like that. Like I said before I have never complained about a hotel room before. For what I paid and what I got I wouldn't be able to recommend this hotel to anyone. The people at the desk were very nice and the coffee was. I'm so glad I didn't fall in the broken chair on the balcony. Please fix or remove it.Walkability: We were close to the wal Mart that could walk over there.

Reading the reviews, I was wary about booking here but after so many other places fell through, I decided to book. I booked over the phone (which was cheaper than the prices advertised online) for a group of 6 for 2 nights. When I checked in at the front desk, they were able to accommodate 3 keys and 3 parking passes since I told them my party was 6. When I walked into the room, after confirming that my party was 6 people, the room was most definitely for 4. 2 full beds, 4 towels in the bathroom. We weren’t going to be spending much time in the room so we did end up squeezing 6 in the room. We moved over one of the beds to make space on the floor, and there was what looked like vomit under one of the beds as well as dirt and dust all over the carpet. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I personally hate wearing shoes indoors but I felt too disgusted to take my shoes off whenever I was in the room, the carpet looked and felt gross. The bathroom was dingy, the smell in the room was weird, and there were cracks on the exterior. The “breakfast bar” was very minimal (coffee, some juices, cereal, bagels, and muffins) and the lady who checked us in had no idea what they served for breakfast because she never worked the morning shift. The view from our balcony was what made everything worth it. The location is absolutely amazing, close to so many shops and restaurants that we walked to dinner and back. Because of this, parking was a little bit of a nightmare. I don’t regret coming here because of the view and the location, and the customer service was alright, but just be warned before you book that this place is not top notch.

This place is a great location and great price but the rooms? sooooo old and worn down. However looks like they are remodeling/adding new furniture and beds to a blocked off section ??. We only had 2 towels and wash cloths. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet just said that house keeping would bring some but never ask what my room number was. I had to tell them three times. Would I stay there again? Only if I can stay in the area that they are redoing.

This room is literally disgusting, old, falling apart! On the site this hotel advertises early check in we tried to check in at 11 and they stated our room wasn’t ready! That was fine we went and ate and came back at 1 and again was told it wasn’t ready! We killed more time and came back at 2:30 and again the room was not ready! We came back at 3 and AGAIN THE ROOM WAS NOT READY! I asked staff when will our room be ready because check in is at 3! This woman rolled her eyes at me sighed and literally ignored me! She then began talking to the staff member beside her and magically our room was ready, odd! She then asked for a card to put on file and then charged us $20.33 without stating it was a fee she literally only said she needed a card not a card to charge! I asked her was this a fee or a hold and she looks at my husband and says she will only speak to the person who booked the room! How rude! My husband and I booked the room together if I ask you a question about OUR money answer it and don’t treat me like a side piece! It was very disrespectful and rude and I was disregarded! After I told her that we come together and she can talk to me she asked me to “get out” because I wanted to know if she would be holding our money or if it was a fee! The room was literally falling apart it was so old the electrical outlets didn’t even hold chargers they were so loose and falling out of the walls! The bathroom ceiling was literally leaning in it was moldy in the corners! Our lampshade was literally burnt! Our carpet was wet and smelly! The sliding door to the balcony literally wouldn’t even open it was so raggedy! If you want a good stay where it doesn’t stink and you get treated nicely DO NOT STAY HERE!

PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. I didn’t and we had almost the exact same issues everyone else had. The pictures posted by the hotel must’ve been when it was brand new because the place does not look like that. Not worth what is being charged per night plus a $40 resort fee. For what? The hotel is very outdated. Room wasn’t ready by 4. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels in a room reserved for 4 people, went to the front desk and asked for more bath towels and some wash cloths. Was told housekeeping would bring them to our room. They never did. Television had dark marks where the screen had been damaged. Hallways were constantly pooled with water. No lights outside the rooms, or in stairwells so at night it was pitch black. The room door stuck so badly I always had to have my husband open it. Our last night there it was pouring rain and our key wouldn’t work. I climbed two flights of stairs to the front desk to get a new set. The new set also didn’t work so I had to climb again. They finally sent maintenance to work on it. This is when we discovered that the window latch was broken and that anyone could’ve climbed into our room at anytime during our stay. They had to replace the whole locking mechanism on the door while we were there. We spent about 45 minutes outside until the window was opened and then it took another hour to replace the lock. Not how we wanted to spend our last night. Other then being outdated the room was clean and the beds were comfy. That was all this place had going for it.

Men’s only good thing about this place was the location and the balcony view. The carpet was extremely dirty. You could tell that they never shampoo. My room key will take 12 swipes in order to unlock the door not even kidding. They don’t even give you enough towels. They only come in the room to clean once every three days. The carpet was tearing at the top as well leading into the kitchen. And the balcony door is extremely Jenkee and hard to get open. This place is definitely needs a lot of renovation and you can tell a soon as you walk in. It’s sad that they don’t even consider it with all that money that they’re making. If I’m being honest, you should seriously consider going somewhere else and leave this place alone.

The rooms were very clean. It was easy access to the beach and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The only thing there is no elevators and you will have to use ramp if you are pulling a wagon. Other than that no other complaints.

The customer service is the absolute WORST! We stayed for 6 days. No one came to clean our room. Every time we asked for towels, we never got them. We would call/go to the office/ask a house keeper, several times to get towels/wash clothes, to never get any. Then, when the lady finally came 2 days later, she said no one ever told her that we requested any. We needed trash bags. Decided to pop in after dinner. The front office worker was talking to someone in a vehicle. She saw us standing there for a good 5 mins. She wouldn't answer the phone, so I opened the door and asked if she was working. She replied, "I'm off the clock." I said, "Is anyone working?" she said, not for another 10 mins. So the desk was not manned for a good 20 mins. The property looks nothing like the pictures. It is run down, dirty, and lighting at night was horrible (I made sure to let them know so it could be fixed). The particle board that the mirror and shelves are made out of are splitting and swelling. The tub was missing the handle bar and tub stopper, and the sink didn't have a stopper either. The phone didn't have a dial tone. The AC units were leaking on the concrete, creating moldy spots. We had to shoulder check our door bc it would open/close properly. The ice machine was leaking and doing the same thing. The room next to us was out of service. It was dirty, things broken. I would think they would have closed the curtain so the guest wouldn't see it, but it didn't even have curtains up.Parking is a nightmare at night. If there is no spot in the lot, you park down the street and around the corner. The pool didn't have any lounge chairs. They just had regular chairs.I'm sure I'm forgetting things. I will not be staying here anymore! The only good thing about this hotel was the location, and it had good water pressure.
