“I chose to have my oil changed at precision due to a coupon I received in the mail making it a great deal. I was very impressed from the moment. I walked in the door the lady at the counter, I failed to remember her name right now was extremely helpful, they got my car almost immediately in and while they were working on it, she went over my Carfax with me and made some suggestions. The gentleman who brought my keys out, brought to my attention that my tire was completely bald and separating, and was not safe to be driving at all, in addition to my serpentine belt that was just almost gone and another issue with my oil valve cover leaking. He provided me with pictures and details to eliminate any Uncertainty on my part Of the accuracy of the repairs needed, and even suggested a place I might could find a used tire to get me through. I have the utmost faith in the staff and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.”
