Thought of Chili’s?️ for a light lunch. We ordered the quesadilla explosion salad and Cajun shrimp Alfredo with extra toast. Our appetizer was salsa and chips. To our surprise the entree portions were extremely large and well prepared. Our drinks were blackberry tea and lemonade. The dining area was a nice temperature and the overall atmosphere was upbeat and friendly. The horses and server were very courteous and gave great attention to our table. We really appreciate Desire’ attention to our order and service during our meal. She made sure that we had take away drinks. The blackberry tea was superb!! Thanks for a great encounter at Chili’s ?️. L

The waiter from Ukraine was amazing. He was attentive and polite. The food was great too! There was no atmosphere though. Music would be nice or dimmers on the lights.

Me and my mom came in and we ordered to-go my mom ordered a ceaser salad and they told her they don't do ceasar salad with romaine lettuce and they gave her free fries. My mom saw the girl grab her a box of fries instead but she grab it with her bare hands, no gloves, not to mention my hamburger was not made well done, still pink when I cut into the sandwich. My mother got her refund back but manager did not say sorry for anything just asked what's wrong and no apologetic or sympathy from her. If you want salmonella, perfect place. Other than that I don't recommend.

I had the classic ribeye (medium well), fries, and broccoli! The ribeye was cooked exactly how I liked, very tender, with a little char. I also had the Strawberry Arnold Palmer, and it was good. Everything was good.

Cheeseburger was not fully cooked very rare. The manager did remove it from our bill. The server was very pleasant to talk to.

Pcb, fl... Max was stellar as our server. The food was fantastic, the on duty manager was very nice. We will be in town for a week and a half, and we WILL be back, and we will certainly ask for Max. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Oh, and the S.W. eggrolls be on this survey.

On 11/7/23 I placed an order to go from this location of Chilis. I've often ordered from that store and always had excellent food and it was prepared correctly. However, I ordered a sirloin rare (as I have many times previously) and it was well done. Vegetables were so bad, the entire meal went into the trash - uneaten. Called and manager said he would send $25 GC via email. Several days later, I called again and another manager said it was in their system and I would receive within 14. To date (12/16/23), no reimbursement or GC! I haven't ordered delivery or dined in at that Chilis.

*LONG REVIEW WARNING*(CliffsNotes Version: This location is awful, go to the Texas Roadhouse that’s across the street)We had Chili's delivered to us, we did not visit inside)When we got our order, the “check off” ticket clearly showed that 2 things in our order were missing, but they sent it out anyway. We decided not to make a fuss. Things happen sometimes, it wasn’t too expensive. Benefit of the doubt, right? That was until my husband started to eat his order. (He got all of his stuff, it was mine that was missing) and didn’t feel so hot after eating a couple bites of his burger, but thought maybe it was just the grease. Put that down and went for his Chili Queso (which they did not provide chips for. Luckily we had some in the hotel) and bit into something, that was not beans, or meat…just something not for human consumption. He then proceeded to get very sick.So I called that same night, explained everything to the manager on duty and was told I would have to talk to the manager the next day, since I didn’t want to drive over there that night. Well no, that’s why we had the food delivered. The next day as directed, went to the Beach location with the receipt showing the missing items and the items that arrived that had made my husband sick. Hoping to either get a refund or a gift card that I could use at the town location. When I came in, she was aware of what happened, hence why all the sudden she knew the “delivery person was dropping things in the parking lot”. Even made excuses on why the “check out” ticket wasn’t completed or signed by the person that packed it. That customers outside apparently saw said delivery driver dropping things and were handing it to said delivery person. Then said items he would take and go deliver. I was a little confused on this as, if you knew items were being dropped and such, why not stop said person, or at least call the customer and explain what happened and if there were any issues, to let them know. As the manager on duty the next day, you knew there was a problem. So instead of taking it upon themself to better rectify the situation, she just let it go and used it as a foothold to cast off blame. Her resolution was that she would have the order re-made. When I explained that no, we don’t want the food remade, as my husband got sick, we’re not staying here to eat it and driving the hour home, the food wouldn’t be good. I then said, again, if a refund isn’t possible, a gift card is just fine. She explained that all she could do was re-make the order after I CLEARLY said it was a waste of food. She ignored me and also kept my receipt and put the order into the kitchen. I told her again that was a waste of time and we didn’t want food that had already gotten one of us sick. I don’t know why I had to keep repeating myself. Even so, ignored still, she walked away to the kitchen. Mind you, I was never rude, never raised my voice, nothing.Clearly nothing was going to be done to actually help. So, I left. I was going to let this all go, but the more I thought about it, the more angry I got. Especially after going to the in town location a couple days later and was told, “Yeah, that's common practice out there. Can’t tell you how many customers complain.” If you look at their Google Rating it's a 3.9 out of 1,400+ reviews. The low stars have all the same complaints. Bad staff. Poor cleanliness of the restaurant. Rude management. From the ONE time I ordered delivery, then had to go into the restaurant, I can absolutely say I agree with the negative comments. All the people here that say, don’t even try, just go to the Texas Roadhouse next door, are not wrong. Skip this Chili’s and go to the Roadhouse or even the McDonald’s across the street would be a better option.

The 3 for 10.99 is great deal. All the choices are good. My favorite one is burger fries and chips or soup. The burgers are cooked to perfection and delicious. I'm a huge burger fan . I've been to many locations and the consistency makes me a fan.
