βI went in and needed some larger sizes than what I was seeing out, and to my surprise the nicest young lady named Kim went over and above to help me. I was so pleased, I went back in today to buy some more things, and actually drove all the way back to this store because of Kim. What an asset Trust me when I say, she is not only helpful but sweet and fun.β

Liz was incredibly friendly and professional. She was attentive in asking what style scrubs I prefer and giving me her own personal opinion and even helped me find my new favorite scrubs! βOne of the coolest shops that you can find in the strip. If you like cool knickknacks and out of the world items, this will be your place. If you have a family member who likes anything with astrology, stones or just all around extraterrestrial, then this is your shop. It may not be the lowest priced place, but it's worth it for the quality.β

βWhat an incredible experience. The quality of the clothing is amazing, fits just right, and is very fashionable. For this specific store, my mother and I shopped there today and it was like a dream. Jarrod and the other 2 ladies (unfortunately I failed to get their names) were wonderfully helpful, gave honest and genuine feedback about items, and treated us like royalty. We wanted it to be a special day and they ensured it was just that. Jarrod provided the best service Iβve ever received in a retail setting. Cannot recommend this brand and especially this store enough! Must visit!β

βEvery visit to Willow + Mercer is a treat. The clothes are incredible, they have a clean beauty bar with my favorite makeup line and the shoe selection is always amazing. The team is always so helpful and kind.β

The hot topics that Iβve been to in the past years like in Atlanta and France I thought weβre so Mainstream But this one is so nostalgic oh my God, I love it β€οΈ. They didnβt have what I was looking for (it was tarot cards fwi), but the vibes were immaculate. I donβt know what song they were playing when I walked in but it reminded me of Brag by the Home Team. Highly recommend if youβre looking for an Authentic Hot Topic.β

He gave us his honest opinion on what he thought was best for us, which helped narrow down our decision a lot. He was very personable and made our shopping experience fun. The store layout is very nice and has everything you need in one place! 10/10 recommend visiting, and Kolin is a 10/10 employee!β
βI shopped here this past week and absolutely enjoyed it so much that I came back several times during our vacation! The employee working there was very helpful and suggested some new jeans that worked great for me!I did happen to be in the store on the evening when the previous reviewer became frustrated over being asked to get her items from the dressing room.The worker was checking me out, so there was at least one more person in the store, and she explained their store policy about items in the dressing room. Regardless of whether a person agrees or disagrees with store policy, she was the only worker in the store and was just trying to follow the rules of her job.My experience there was very positive every time I went in the store!β

βI stopped by here just to see what they had available because the Old Navy in my town is really good. This store is incredibly clean, well staffed, and well organized. I was able to easily find a couple things to buy before checking out. The cashier was very friendly to me and I'm glad I stopped by this old navy.β
