The Crocs store at Pier Park offers a huge selection of styles, colors, and sizes, including many different designs and crazy charms called jibbitz. The store is organized and a lot of fun to visit. Customer service is frequently awesome, with staff described as extremely helpful, friendly, and able to answer questions confidently. Many find the staff helpful in finding specific items, allowing customers to be in and out quickly. However, inventory for specific sizes and colors can be inconsistent; some sought-after sizes may be unavailable or unable to be found despite earlier confirmation, which can be disappointing. While the store is a great spot and a must-go for fans, some note that knowing your size might make online shopping easier for certain items. The store sometimes has sales on their comfortable shoes.

If you're a Croc wearer, this store is a must go to...One of my Grands was looking & they've these adornments to go on the shoes called...jibblets? Plastic has come a long way! I called about a suze 14, was told they had it, but couldn't be found when I arrived within 2 hrs...?
