Recently, the mail order pharmacy I normally use was out of my medication and could not fill my prescription. After calling around to several local pharmacies without any luck, I decided to try the CVS inside Target in Panama City Beach. There, I interacted with Claire, the pharmacy manager. Claire went out of her way to find the medication I needed and had the prescription promptly transferred to her CVS. In addition to her professional, friendly demeanor, Claire knows her job very well, and as a result she provides an exception level of customer service, anticipating customer questions and covering every detail. As a result of this experience, I have decided to make this CVS my primary pharmacy. Thank you, Claire!

I e used this pharmacy for years. I recently stopped shopping at Target for personal beliefs. The only reason I step foot into a target is because of Claire. She has caught multiple interactions or dosage mistakes doctors have made. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I completely trust her!! She has helped me so many times. I can’t put into words my appreciation for Claire!!

Their computers went down and the sweet gals tried everything they could to get my prescriptions filled for me. They eventually called another CVS and had them fill them for me and seemed very concerned with how sick I was and how important it was that I get my medicine. Very caring and wonderful staff.

Pharmacy closed over two hours early with no notice and didn’t transfer my prescription to another CVS so I had no access to pain medication for a broken wrist. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional just for starters. I’ll NEVER use this pharmacy again. The Corporate office offered no solution and just passed me along from person to person and actually refused to give me the name if their regional manager… I suppose that is top secret info.

Not only do they not open till 10 a.m. which I didn't know, but then the pharmacist did not get there to open till 10:15. Got out of American Family Care in an hour and 15 minutes only to wait at the pharmacy for over an hour and a half. Just great when you are hacking and coughing. ?

Valarie was incredibly rude. Told me she couldn’t call or check other CVS to check on quantity since they couldn’t fill my script. There was literally nobody in line, and she had just mentioned this was a “low volume pharmacy”. I had to get an attitude for her to agree to see which CVS stores had my medicine. I waited over 10 minutes for her to even start calling another store. Again, that is with NO other customers anywhere in sight. Not sure how she has a job.

Pharmacist treats you like a drug addict when you need to buy allergy medicine. I explained that I had not bought any since February and it is now April. The database was not allowing me to make the purchase and since the pharmacist had already rung up the purchase she wasn't sure she could take it off the database.They were out of the smaller package so I mentioned maybe I could purchase the smaller package somewhere else. She was very rude and said I would be in the system all the way to Alaska. I said I was concerned that someone was using my identity to make purchases. She offered no help . I will not use this CVS again. I was able to contact a federal agency and get in a website that showed my purchases since 3/24/18 for any ephedrine products. There were none listed on the database. I was only trying to purchase 2.4 grams and you are allowed 3 grams a day with a limit of 9 grams a month. Has to be an error on CVS. Maybe she didn't type it in correctly.
