Be aware the CVS Pharmacy closes at 1.30-2.00pm every day. The girl was having her lunch in the patient seats, hmm clearly no break area for staff. The Pharmacist was locked in the dispensary. Call to check time is correct. I was a bit grumpy to find this out as there were no signs any where other than "Closed". The ladies on front check out were grumpy back. Not a particularly nice CVS

I was written a prescription that I need to take immediately. I went to the Lynnhaven store they said they didn't have it. They said that the CVS on the corner of 79 in front Beach Road did have it they looked in their computer. That store is an hour away. I drove here and they don't have it either CVS computer system is not up to par and it's causing me serious problems.

Valarie was incredibly rude. Told me she couldn't call or check on her computer for other CVS locations in the area that had my medication in stock, since they couldn't fill my script. I know they can because the one where I live does this without you even having to ask. There was literally NOBODY in line, and she had just mentioned this was a "low volume pharmacy". I had to get an attitude for her to agree to see which CVS stores had my medicine. I waited over 10 minutes for her to even start calling another store. Again, that is with NO other customers anywhere in sight. Not sure how she has a job. Worst experience I've ever had with any pharmacy by far in my life. Laziest employee with the worst customer service I've ever been around, by a longshot.

Tried to get a RX filled I need for Pre-Op the following day. Pharmacist completely refused to fill the rx, or call my dr, or call my other pharmacist (at my usual CVS). Told me my normal pharmacist was my only option. (Also, this is with my jaw wired shut, obviously not some druggy). Went and had it filled at a small pharmacy (coastal) who went through my entire pharmaceutical record, told me they counted up all my rx days wrong, and that it was completely wrong of them to refuse to even call my dr or other pharmacist. Prior to this problem, they lied to me when I called them that they or any CVS in the area had my RX in stock. I will no longer be supporting CVS and will be switching to a smaller non-corporate owned pharmacy. This was completely unacceptable and this location should fire everyone working in the pharmacy. It's very obvious they do not care about patients, only profit. Not the kind of pharmacy anyone would want. Checkout clerk was at least a very nice guy.

This is a super busy pharmacy especially in tourist season. However, I have found all the pharmacy staff very helpful and friendly. They take time to answer any questions I have. I also like that they give me a realistic time my order will be ready.
