DICK'S Sporting Goods in PANAMA CITY BEACH is a premier destination for all your sports, exercise, officially licensed, and outdoor equipment needs. The store boasts a wide assortment of products, including footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment from top brands. The knowledgeable staff and service teams are dedicated to helping customers find the perfect gear, whether it's baseball gloves, tuning up a bike, fitting new golf clubs, or setting up fishing equipment. While the store is generally well-laid out and clean, some customers have experienced challenges. One customer encountered issues with the delivery service and had to use multiple gift cards to complete a purchase, as the store did not accept cash. Another customer had difficulty finding a knowledgeable staff member to assist with selecting a women's mountain bike, and the store did not have the desired size in stock. Despite these minor setbacks, the majority of customers praise the friendly and helpful staff. One customer, Chris, received excellent service from a salesperson named Eli, who assisted with selecting a supportive walking shoe. Another customer appreciated the team-oriented approach of the staff, who went the extra mile to help with a shoe return and exchange. Overall, DICK'S Sporting Goods in PANAMA CITY BEACH is a well-stocked and customer-focused store, offering a wide range of sports and outdoor equipment. While there may be room for improvement in certain areas, the store's commitment to providing quality products and exceptional service is evident.
