Justin was great! Honestly , this experience was so positive I will be sure to use enterprise more! The customer service was great and Justin was a large part of that!

I recently rented a car for a trip at the Edgewater location. My son received a call the day before the pick (not sure how they had his information because none of his was provided during the reservation) confirming the reservation and pick up time the next morning at 8:30 am. The next morning, 2 hours prior to pick up, I received a text stating “they looked forward to seeing me at 8:30.” When I arrived at 8:30 am to pick up my rental, I was informed by a very RUDE salesman that my rental would not be ready until the afternoon. I explained I have a reservation, a phone call, and a text confirming my pick up time. He only commented “we have 3 cars, and someone is coming to pick them up, so we will have none!” I then asked if he could check other locations close by and his answer was “no, but you can!” Needless to say, we did not get a rental car. I rarely do reviews but I felt the need to in this case. I understand situations happen but I also understand that when you work in customer service you need to maintain a certain level of integrity and respect. That being said, this particular salesman had neither and I hope that the corporate office can regroup and at least retrain their customer service representatives.

Horrible experience. I was in a wreck and tried to rent a car. They were unwilling to help at all and the people just played on the phone the whole time. They were unwilling to do anything for me and my 6 year old daughter. We were ignored. I will never rent from them again

I recently rented a vehicle from The location at Richard Jackson Blvd.in Panama City Beach and had to modify my reservation several times because of needing it longer than expected. I finally returned my vehicle and was assited by Jessica Scott who was very kind and professional. I again reach out a few days later as i had lost my prescription glasses to see if they were there. Jessica not only answered but had my glasses and had put in lost and found. These were very expensive and easliy could have walked. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you very much!!!

The Enterprise on 23rd st in Panama City has the best customer service and a great selection of cars. Kelley is amazing, always helpful and cheerful. I only rent my cars from them!

Poor customer service, the lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty. Didn’t help out with the situation at all. She kept slurring her words like something was wrong with her.. come to think about it I could smell the alcohol coming from her breathe. She was definitely drunk on the job. On top of that when I got the car, it barely had half a tank in it and she forgot to give me the key. I definitely don’t recommend this place they're unprofessional.

First time renting a car. They didn’t have the car I wanted but I got a truck that was more expensive per day. They let me use it for the same price as the car! Jessica really did a good job! It was a great experience overall! Thanks!

It was the absolute worst place I have ever rented from in my life! Picked up the car, and the windshield was so nasty I had to clean it myself to see out of it, and the mirrors were filthy as well. It was completely out of windshield washing fluid, and the warning light about it was on the dash. The customer service was and still is the worst. They have definitely lost a customer for life. I personally will never rent anything from them ever again! And I will never recommend them to anyone!

Called into reserve the car requested pickup call center said not a problem you're within 10 miles they'll come get you the location where I was getting my car in Panama City Beach does not do pick up. They put security deposit and the rental cost on the card as a hold then when you show up and you pay with your debit card they don't release any part of the hold on your credit card. They were misleading and it's just not right that they hold money on your card when you paid with a different option. The people at the local location the manager was fine the people at the call center misleading I doubt I'll use Enterprise again

I will never in my life use this place again. I reserved my car through my work who offers a discount before I even left to come to PCB. Got off my plane, Ubered to Enterprise, walked in and gave the lady at the desk my name. She pulled up my reservation and gave me my total. I handed her my ID and card and she proceeds to tell me that I can not use a debit card, it has to be a credit card. I turn around and hand her my credit card (which declined because of the large transaction out of state). It sent a text and asked me to authorize the transaction. I did. I asked her to run the card again and she refused. She would not take any other form of payment and was no help at all. Me and my husband were stranded here now because we were unable to get the car I had reserved. Luckily, we hopped on the Turo app and rented a car with EASE. I will forever use Turo instead of these mainstream car rental places from here on out. If they have all of these rules/ restrictions, they should clarify this during the booking instead of waiting until I am hundreds of miles away from home with no vehicle! Waste of time.

Younger black gentleman at counter was rude and not knowledgeable on rentals with insurance coverage. He wanted to argue and was not nice. I will not recommend this location
