The platform was utilized by the US Chamber of Commerce for their grant application process during the COVID outbreak. The site went live at 3pm and crashed immediately. Unable to register, server errors, too high traffic, didn't have appropriate server capacity. After 4 hours of the site crashing at every step of the way, a planned maintenance page, a technical issue page, then once registered I was unable to even log in, kept getting an error that the credentials were incorrect. Terrible planning for a site that they should have anticipated the traffic load.

I've used fluxlabs for virtual machines and web hosting for 5 years and have never had a single problem. Their tech support is superior to all the other hosting giants. Speed and timeliness keep my business number one priority in Fluxlab's eyes. Great job guys!

Flux Labs were able to service Focus On Behavior's networking problems almost immediately even though we were a new customer. They were highly professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Our issues were fixed right away. The staff even sent a follow up email at a later date to make sure everything was still running smoothly. We will definitely be repeat customers and readily recommend Flux Labs to others.

All I can say is that you get what you pay for! If you are wanting your technology future driven with the latest trends, they already has a plan, if you are working within a budget stay within your budget as well. Highly recommended
