I came to return items at approximately 5:40 ish pm and they close at 6pm but I was denied entry to the store but proceeded to stay open after I was told they were closed. Lady in the store is super rude and unfriendly. I drove 20 mins to return these items and now not only did I waste my gas but also my time that I will now have to do all over again. Do better. Customer service is one of the worst things at this store. Other locations I do not have this issue with.

Found some great sales on shorts, dressing rooms are clean. There are plenty of options on clothes and area to walk around without feeling crowded.

I was a little upset to see 3 items in the store for plus size women at the Pier Park location in Panama City Beach. It was literally a shared rack with the little girls clothes. That’s it? That’s the section? That’s pretty upsetting.

I had never experienced anything like this before. We have being to most of the store in the PierPark mall. And the experienced have not changed at all. From store to store is the same. Beautiful clean stores that appears to have no customers service employees. No one welcomes you. No one approaches you. And if you try they walk away. If you buying something then you have to tell them that you are ready to pay. If not you could stand by the register as long as you want. I did notice that is mainly when you are a bit darker. I love the area as the views and natural beauty. But most likely never come back. But I could tell that me not coming back will make them all happy. Thanks ? for the disservice.

Great she items. Scarves and hats for five bucks. Jeans and dresses under 20. You just have to be young and under size 12.
