Came to the Panama City Beach Home Depot today (Christmas Eve) in need of a new refrigerator. Ours broke and we were in dire need of a new one ASAP. I inquired about the clearance so i could take home today. They did not honor the price on the refrigerator. It did have a 20% off extended valid through 12-21 date on it and also had "extended" written on it. The salesman contacted the manager (Carlos) to see if he would still honor the price. Carlos said it wasn't in the end of year budget for him to honer the 20% but he would give me 10% for my troubles. This was also after I rented Ramps and a appliance dolly. I went across the street to Lowe's. I'll never shop here again.

The worst customer service I've ever seen in the store the lady Cindy at the cabinet section is the most rudest unprofessional person that I've ever came across does not want to do her job at all the worst experience when it comes to customer service that I've ever even encountered if they would like to keep people coming in their store they're definitely have to get rid of people like Cindy and get a better customer service

A Texan is admiring Niagara Falls. As the tremendous amount of water flows over the falls, a local walks up to the Texan and says, "I bet you don't have anything like that where you are from." "No we don't," admits the Texan, "But we have plumbers that can fix it!" The plumbing people at this HD are great. I'm remodeling my condo, and they saved me from myself, I'm more differential calculus and balance sheets than hammers and pipe wrenches.

Washer and dryer scheduled to be delivered between 3 PM and 7 PM. So, someone took off work to be there. The delivery tracking info said at 5 o'clock we were next for delivery. At 7:15, it had not arrived. Called the delivery hotline and recorded info said the driver was delayed and would call 30 minutes before arrival. 8 PM, still no washer and dryer. I called the store and spoke with a member of management who said they stopped delivering at 8 PM. But he said their system showed the driver should have it delivered at 7:39 PM I said it'now...

Do not buy appliances from home depot!!! I bought fridge and stove 1 year and half ago, fridge just died, I had paid for the extended 5 year warranty on both items. Just got email from warranty repair service, and is going to take 21 days, just for them to show up, and take a look at it. Unacceptable!! Take your business elsewhere!!!

I continue to be so disappointed and distressed that Home Depot or my representative, DP83SS, (Deborah Poole) have not returned any of my calls or responded to any of my emails. Perhaps, just recognizing and acknowledging my dissatisfaction with the product might have been enough but it's been festering with me that no one has contacted me to see what's going on, what went wrong or even just a quality check upon install to see how the project went. My counter-top install occurred in November 2019. Please take note of these photos: my beautiful counter-tops, that I saved for over one year to get, are grossly cut and installed. The connection point is right in the middle of the sink area. Not only is it ugly and unattractive and takes away from the beauty of the quartz, it is not stable or strong and I do not expect to get even 3 years out of them because of this gross negligence. I was not able to "send back" or decline the order because of some "contract" I had signed with the installer. I had to pay in full before the order was even processed. I expressed my dissatisfaction about paying for the counter-tops pre-install but trusted that Home Depot would do the right thing and ensure customer satisfaction. I was and continue to be, sorely mistaken. You should be ashamed; of this incompetence, your absolute disregard for customer service or satisfaction. I am a Human Resource Manager supporting a major Fortune 100 company and we've based our reputation on our customer service, and the overall customer experience. I have further home remodeling to perform including a master bath and a home addition and you can bet I will not step foot into another Home Depot. You have lost a valuable customer forever.

Both Home Depot nearby has bad customer service. Theirs a few that asks you if, you need help. They don't go out of their way to help a customer at all. I was shopping for a refrigerator and their was a lady setting she tells me a little bit of the product but, wouldn't even stand up just because she is in front of the computer for training...well, hello!! that's why you're working there to earn a living right? You sell to a customer that's why you're there for not, just setting your fat butt on the chair telling a customer you couldn't because you're in training just being lazy.

Installing a dryer they should not create a fire hazard by just pushing the dryer against the wall, creating sharp bends in the exhaust blocking the hot air. They also could have the dryer door open on the side where the washer is. Watch them like a hawk!
