Half Hitch True Value Hardware is a great and well stocked store. It is larger than it looks from outside, combining a hardware store with fishing tackle, outdoor sports, and boat supplies. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and fantastic. They provide information on fishing conditions and stand by their products. You can find anything for salt and fresh water fishing, including live bait, clothes, rod and reel repairs, and hardware. The store is very clean with a wide selection, though some items can be pricey. They often have sales, and you won’t go wrong shopping here.
Very nice and well stocked. Staff is extremely helpful. We are visitors from out of town and got some info about what bait to use for certain fish. You can also get your pole repaired here. They also have live and frozen bait.
