I went into this store a few days ago. Ive had a better experience in this store in the past. When i walked in, I wasnt greeted by the lady upfront like they used to greet customers in the past. No nametag like the other workers but was middle aged, Jamaican. She was being very hostile, talking negative about someone who either worked there or someone she knew personally. This store used to have professional workers, they lost the professionalism and respect for customers. Will not be going back. This used to be a local favorite of mine to shop at, but now its gone down the drain. Shameful.

terrible customer service, workers kept starring at me like i was stealing, had multiple workers come to where I was to just stare; so weird and odd. One worker who was a guy looked me up and down weirdly when I asked a question and I got super uncomfortable. Would not be back totally ruined my day !

Yesterday I had the most awkward interaction at this store with the staff while shopping for a beach engagement dress. I’m 3 months pregnant and need assistance with getting the dresses on/off, I chose 3, and my fiancé came into the change room with me. Instead of the young woman who helped us to the change room informing me we couldn’t do that, 4 minutes later a loud knock came - I’m assuming the manager, informing us that 2 people couldn’t be in the stall. He then left. Which is fine, with the way pier park has become lately I assume they get theft often. We’re in our early 30s and have spent over a thousand dollars at this store in the past, we come here multiple times a year on vacation. What bothered me was this young black girl who literally looked like a child, did not look like a staff member in the slightest (unkempt) but she did in fact work there- darted into the change room right after me scouring the area for what I assumed was clues of price tags on the floor etc. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. Needless to say I will not be back.

Great selection of any name brand you want! One of the few family owned stores and 3rd generation as well. You won't be sorry stopping here and shopping.

My fiancé and I had a great experience here! Kolin was extremely knowledgeable in helping us pick a new pair of sunglasses out. He gave us his honest opinion on what he thought was best for us, which helped narrow down our decision a lot. He was very personable and made our shopping experience fun. The store layout is very nice and has everything you need in one place! 10/10 recommend visiting, and Kolin is a 10/10 employee!

As a local and frequent patron on this store I was very displeased with Randall. His lack of professionalism and the way he spoke with other employees is uncalled for. To the young lady who was just helping my wife and daughter out; you were amazing.

Maybe hire at least one adult to run the place…. Spent a couple hundred on a few tshirts and didn’t appreciate the dumb gossip talk, rude young ladies and hair flips.

Had a very disgusting and unpleasant situation at this store ! Today is October 9th 2023 @8:40 pm I just left this store very saddened with humanity . A short American gentleman with long hair and glasses followed me all over the store as if I was stealing something . I had never been racially profiled until today ! Very degrading situation . We get to the cashier and another American gentleman with short hair and glasses decides that he is going to ask for ID because we paid for our purchase with a Credit Card. . Yet there was a couple (white) in front of us paying and they never were asked for an ID. Very unpleasant and hurtful experience to have my son ask me why is that guy following us every where ? I hope that who ever runs this establishment really addresses this issue because what I felt today as my kids asked me why a gentleman was following us was beyond disrespectful. Really disgusted with those two humans
