This is the second time I came in to see Devon I brought my boyfriend to see her and just like always she did her best and was very professional and knowledgeable, she stayed late for us and she didnt rush through or act like she had to go she is definitely a dedicated employ who takes pride in her work and we appreciate her friendliness and outgoingness and she isn't just our tax lady she is now our friend. Devin Bledsoe prepared my 2023 tax return. She was excellent! She was very professional, helpful, patient, and friendly. It took a couple of hours. She explained everything clearly and answered my questions knowledgeably. When she heard how much I owed as a working retiree, she immediately offered a reduced fee to prepare them. Thank God for her!!!

I've had two negative experiences in 3 years of using this service/location for my taxes. I was about to give up on the business altogether, but recieved a phone call from an employee named Devon Bledsoe. She addressed the problems I had and scheduled me an appointment to resolve them, same day. I came in and she was kind and listened well, and I feel satisfied with my experience here and will be trying this company again next year. Thank you Devon!
