I bought an item one time when I came here. I used to enjoy the place all the time. One male associate was rude to me the last time. It was terrible customer service. The other male associate and the female associate were both nice. I left. I let it go. I don't think I'll be coming back to Journey's anymore until further notice. I don't enjoy it as much as I used to.

Very friendly staff and very helpful as well. Wish I would've remembered the guy and girl's name who were working today because they were great! The guy was supposed to be going on break and he stayed and helped my wife and me pick out some shoes. It is so refreshing to be treated nice, if you're reading this- thank y'all!!
