So far the worst hotel we have ever been to. At the entrance, the three women at the reception were unpleasant, I asked for a quiet room away from the street. I was placed in a central location next to the street and, on top of that, there was some loud equipment outside the window, the engine of which was running as if a helicopter was taking off. Drama. Snuadania is a disaster, it's terrible. No one from the staff to clean up, even wipe the dirty table left by the previous customer. Scrambled eggs are so disgusting that they make me want to vomit. I do not recommend this place and I will never come back here again. And let it not be said that this hotel is cheap. We paid $150 for one night

This location was a wonderful stop after a day of traveling. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend the PCB location to all travelers.

We walked in the door and immediately was just told NO. Before I even asked for a room.The parking lot had maybe 5 cars in it and now i know why. They didn't want to be bothered by guest or check in this was 8pm on a Friday evening. We ended up at a beautiful place right on the beach. Thank you for declining us. But I will make sure that your rude remarks and poor customer service are known.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very welcoming and polite every encounter. I must commend the general manager Sherri as she was working the front desk throughout my entire stay. She was ready and willing to assist us with everything we needed throughout our stay. Very kind lady. I spoke with a maintenance guy and two different housekeepers and everyone had nothing but good things to say about her. We snapped a picture of her while she was not looking. No soap for any guest for over a week, nothing at the desk for hotel guest needs at all. The laundry room stated go to the desk for quarters and laundry soap, nothing at the desk for for over a week for any guests.The desk lady kept sucking her lips in and laughing at the customers asking!Another kitchen lady denied a elderly woman orange juice for a toddler! She was very nasty and rude, saying she watches everyone constantly in the breakfast area! She was a older lady and waited for the customer to check out to further harass her again. When she was told a adult family member skipped breakfast because of her , she said, "well good!"Very strange for a hotel to lack soap or have zero needs for the guests at all, no sample small shampoo bottles, no soap at all, not even the maids had soap when asked.This hotel seems to lack needs and charges a lot more than other area hotels that cater to guests, have hospitality, cater to simple basic needs of guests.They cared nothing about the customers, only making, taking money. Kids aren't welcome at this location except one employee that checks guests in seems to love kids, but random if you can get her on sign in, she's phenomenal if you get her!The kitchen lady doesn't ever smile, never says hello to anyone, stopped the elderly grandmother from getting juice for a baby, sad estate of this hotel, lacking guests needs, small soap bar or sample soap bottle, no quarters.Reading about their bed bugs infestation prior months ago is very disheartening, they cared not for customers issues, the manager not caring about any customers ?.Zero positive change or response to customers, sad.

No major complaints about our room, decent price and everything was relatively clean. Most of the employees were friendly. One star because one particular employee behind the counter on our second day had a HUGE attitude problem. There was a mixup or miscommunication requiring us to check out/back in and rather than work with us to help fix this issue, they just blew everything out of proportion and were downright disrespectful. We cut our stay short and will not be coming here again.

My experience wasnt good in my stay. Really bad room service and condition. I though that it will be a great place for the location but really we never feel good in this place. Room was derty, they neve clean it i 4 days, a lot of dust on the head of the bed, the sheets was dirty, a lot of hair. The floor lile neve been clean, the little refrigerator full of ice, a hole in the chair, the toilet tank crack, the ac inside full of the dust, the trash never was dump out. So it was a bad experience. If they dont do anything it will be a worse place soon. I didnt recomend it.

This is by far the worst hotel in Panama City. I have had nothing but issues with them. I swore the last time I was here, I wouldn't stay here again. My company, however, booked us here again. The people behind the counter move at a blistering snails pace and act like it is a problem to do their job and have a piss poor attitude. Remote is broken, you have to hold the batteries in to use it. Under bed is coming apart and it has not been cleaned under in a while. Last time, I spent over 45 minutes trying to check in, and I was the only one there. The hotel management decently needs to do some staff changes and expedite the check-in process, 45 minutes is way too long to spend just to check I to a room.
