We waited 1/2 hrs for someone to come and cut a chain for us and asked 3 different red vest employees for help and a lady shopping who was also looking for someone to help her told some one she finally found and no one showed up. The lady finally got sick of waiting and left and so did we. Defuniak springs was the same when looking for a dig kennel. And no one could come get panels down so went some place and bought it there.

I had the pleasure of meeting some great people today who helped me to pick out what I needed for my husband's birthday.Robbi was great because he knew exactly what I needed. He had a wealth of knowledge and information that I had no clue about, and he was very nice,funny, and very helpful, just amazing. Megan also helped me, and she was amazing as well. She was very kind and led me in the direction that I needed all the while assuring me that I would find exactly what I needed .I want everyone to know that if you need anything, information, or advice on anything that you can think of, these two people will help you find what you need. Amazing people and store.

I shop at Lowes in PCB often and would like to say thank you to all of the employees who have always been very helpful and showed me much respect. Special thanks to Jamie who is always so nice and makes me smile! Can’t leave out Luke who is an extremely hard worker and Anthony who is always ready to help. Thank you Lowe’s of PCB for not forgetting who the customer is.

If I could give this store a zero rating I would. We ordered thousands of dollars worth of appliances in November to be delivered in the middle of January to our new home. One day before our delivery day, they called us to tell us that they do not have any of our appliances and that it would be March or April before they would be in stock. Mind you, we moved here from another state and did not bring our appliances with us. Explaining this to Debra, the appliance manager, was no help at all, there wasn’t anything she could do. In other words, she couldn’t care less. She gave us the run around on delivery dates and whether they would even have them in stock. She could maybe get us a refrigerator by February 20th, this is more than month after we moved in. No effort whatsoever was made to make this right. We called Home Depot Monday and had all of our appliances in our home, Thursday morning. We had to spend almost $1200 more to get the appliances we needed because we no longer had the option of waiting for sales or good deals. How does one live without a refrigerator these days? We will not be giving Lowe’s any more of our business and I will share this story with as many people as we can. Avoid this store at all costs. Customer service has died.

I purchased a washer and dryer on Oct 03, 2023 and had set up a delivery for the end of October. I went in to change the date as our house move in date was delayed and found out the washer and dryer were delayed to November 27th. On November 26th I received a call saying they were delayed again until December 17th. On December 16th I was expecting a call either saying it was delayed again or scheduled for delivery on the 17th. No call. I called in and the sale associate said it look like it was delayed to December 22nd but after looking at it closer they saw that it had been sitting their for the past few days. I asked why it wasn't scheduled for delivery and she said that they don't get notified when appliances arrive and that I should have gotten an email or call. I received nothing. I asked for it to be delivered and said the earliest she could get it to me was December 22nd. After talking with her manager she was able to get it scheduled for December 19th. I received the call the day before saying my delivery window was between 8:00 am to noon. I waiting all morning and nobody showed up. About 1:00 pm I started calling and first the phone system put me through to the delivery department and I let it ring for over 5 minutes with no answer. I then tried again and asked for customer service and asked to speak to a manager. I let that ring for almost 10 minutes and no one answered. I called several more times and no one answered except customer service and all they could do was transfer me. Around 3:20 pm I tried the appliance department and they were going to try and get a manager to call me. I had an appointment at 4:00 pm and had to scramble to have someone come to my house in case they did delivery my washer and dryer. After my appointment I went straight to Lowe's as no one had returned my call and it was now 5:15pm. I wanted them to tell me when I was going to get my delivery. They finally told me that as far as they can tell the truck was still out for deliver and believe they would still deliver to me that day. Well they finally did deliver it at 9:00 pm at night. If they were that far behind why couldn't someone from that department call and let me know they were running late and an approximate time they would be there. I wasted the whole day waiting and trying to get a hold of someone from the store. I have worked retail before and we never let the phones just ring and ring. I won't be buying anything that needs to be delivered ever again from Lowe's.Update:After posting this review there was a message to call a 1-800 number to go over my experience. They gave me a case number and told me they would look into it. It has been 2 weeks and nothing. No follow-up at all from them and they just don't care about their service level.

We bought a bunch of privacy fence panels from lowes and they are twice as sturdy as the flimsy ones you buy at home depot. I was very suprised at the quality of the panels and the price was almost 10 dollars less then the ones at home depot... Lowe's is becoming my go to store when I need quality lumber

Your associate Doug (from appliances) helped me figure out an issue I had with my dryer. Doug was polite, informative, clearly knew what he was talking about, and was very knowledgeable. He was eager to help me with my issue. The store is lucky to have him.

This is by far the worst Lowe's I've been in. Purchased a trailer load of lumber and asked for help to load it. The cashier called for help 4 times and no one came.started loading it on my own when 2 young guys walked past us and she asked if they could help. They said no cause they was helping another customer. Which was 1 box lol they loaded the box and talked for 20 mins while I was right beside them loading the lumber myself. The cashier felt so bad that she came out and tried to help me load. What a joke of store
