It’s sad when you walk into a store, no one greets you anymore because the 2 girls upfront are busy giggling on their phones. Then when we go to check out, you have to check yourself out now. And the whole time they’re still laughing and looking at each other’s phones. And don’t even say thank you have a great day or anything. I’ve noticed this with a lot of businesses lately and it says a lot about the management. No one seems to take pride in their jobs anymore. Sad to see it in Michael’s.

Sometimes it is hard to find a staff person to help find something but this time a wonderful lady went into the back stock room and found what I needed. Store is very clean.

Love this place, all the employees are super helpful. Kaycee checked me out today, she’s super sweet and personable and showed me where to find my coupons online which i had no clue how to do before. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
